I had a great experience with Casita and Kanchi
I had a great experience with Casita, and a big reason for that was Kanchi. Finding accommodation can be quite stressful, especially when you're moving to a new country, but she made the entire process much easier. From our very first conversation, she was transparent about everything and explained the booking process in a way that was easy to understand. There were no surprises, and I always knew what to expect at each stage.
What stood out the most was how responsive and patient she was. No matter how many questions I had, she always took the time to answer them thoroughly and never made me feel like I was asking too much. She kept me updated throughout the process and was always quick to reply whenever I reached out.
Kanchi was also genuinely friendly and approachable, which made the experience feel much more personal. It was clear that she cared about helping me find the right accommodation rather than just completing a booking. Thanks to her guidance, everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I felt much more confident throughout the process.
I'm really happy I chose Casita, and I'm grateful to Kanchi for making what could have been a stressful experience so straightforward. I would definitely recommend both Casita and Kanchi to anyone looking for student accommodation.

Jasmine was very exceptional as an agent. She helped me through every stage of my search and application, always seeking for my opinions, looking for the best option for me, and making it easy for me to reach out to the property owners for each room I took interest in. Communication with her was seamless, she made sure to be always available each time I needed her and even during the payment process when I had a little bit of difficulty, she went out of her way to look for a suitable alternative means for me to secure my booking.
I would greatly recommend her any day, anytime as she’s the best you can ever ask for.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. Not obvious where the reception area is ....not a good start. Tricky to find anyone on site. Staff leave after a certain time ....no bar.....no outside terrace. Grounds unkempt...broken glass ....bird poo etc. Keys left in a pot. We were not shown around. No choice at breakfast....just presented with various strange things. Room dark ...steps leading up to bed dangerous. Shower like a concrete camp site shower. All in all this place is not what it purports to be and I would never recommend it to anyone. Stay in a studio....much nicer and almost half the price!!!
