This review comes with a big surprise for us, because during our collaboration you seemed to be quite happy with our services.
As any reader of this review would see, we never had any unhappy customers over the last 10 years of business (which means that we valued highly all of our customers) and we definitely gave you no reason to react like this. We were always available to talk and we consider that any issues should be first sorted out in private, but you never contacted us to discuss these concerns of yours.
Probably you gave us a 1 star review because you committed to a monthly installments plan and when you stopped paying, the files stopped working. But that's not our fault, because you signed that agreement and it was your decision to do business like that.
You did not spend 40,000$ on our products. You spent around 30,000$ over 1 year so you started spreading false information from the beginning of your review.
You requested a monthly installments plan and after you stopped paying, the service became discontinued, according to our fair agreement.
We have proof of your spending amount. You even made a fairly decent profit with our software.
During the period of service, we responded to all your queries in less than 2-3 hours. Our team even stayed late and responded outside of our working hours, for your utmost satisfaction. So please, do not accuse us that we changed 180 degrees. We did DO everything that we could for you. I am sure that you will not find such quality of service and a dedicated team to answer your queries even in the weekends or late at night.
The only moment when we asked you for extra money, was when you requested modifications (new features and customizations). You also knew that any modifications (not bug fixes, but customizations) would cost extra when you signed the contract.
You requested new features to be added, PDF receipts with custom-layout, option to adjust the functionality of the games and all those demands were exclusive to your business, therefore we could not do them for free. I am sorry that you did not understand that we offer turnkey products here and if a customer wants modifications, then he must pay for them. That is written very clearly in our contract.
To avoid any issues regarding the basic features and functionality of our products, we have live demos for everything so saying that our package lacked many basic functions provided elsewhere is really not a reason to talk bad about us. You had the opportunity to test the product before buying and when you agreed to buy it, it meant that you were happy with what you will get.
Also, our packages are modular which means that any customer can buy the basic software and then add extra features if they consider something to be useful to pay for it. If the software lacks a feature, it can be developed for an extra cost, but our software has very many features (fact that is confirmed by the GLI-19 certification). In order to pass such certification, a software must meet very rigorous standards and posses many basic and useful features.
Accusing us that we had a lot of bugs is definitely not fair. Our software was certified by iTechLabs, BMM TestLabs and it will soon be certified by another top company, so saying that there were a lot of bugs is a false accusation. Many of the issues that you encountered were because you did not consult the manual or instructions.
You also requested modifications and provided insufficient details and then blamed us that some things (that you never mentioned) were not working like you wanted. That never happened to us before and even so we did our best to keep you happy, so we finalized all of your feedback without charging you any penny extra.
When there were issues with the games caused by browser updates, our team solved them immediately. We never asked you any money to fix any issues or bugs.
We tried to contact you many times after your service became discontinued, to discuss with you, but you never responded to us and out of anger you decided to give us negative reviews on the internet. We truly hope that you will find someone to be able to satisfy all your business requirements and we are sorry to see that you refused to communicate with us to achieve that.
