Fast easy and no hassle to receive the loan I needed in the short time frame I had to work with. Great staff

Very friendly people clear communication and so easy to deal with they are so understanding and flexible

I applied for a payday loan with Cash Money Topsail Rd and was approved. I had to call back and ask for an extension, spoke to a gentleman with an Indian accent, spoke very well and did the extension for me.
The very next morning, I received a call back from the same gentleman who advised me that my loan was due the next day. He then denied that we had ever spoken, I asked if there was another worker there with the same accent and he said no.
I finally asked him to get a supervisor to call me back, and no one did. I called again at 1:45, and again at 6pm and left messages for a callback.
Here it is at 12 pm on the next day and I have still not received a callback.

Vicious cycle eventually they make you not even be able to afford the payments worst customer satisfaction skills of any Financial company I have ever dealt with.

Returning customer here after about 6 months, experiences were always pleasant and great, extremely affordable and reasonable when payday came and I appreciate the business and everyone who works at this location :)! Today I called wondering about some help, they gave some instructions for their website, and 20 minutes later I went down to their office to pickup my loan. A+ staff here!
