This was easier than I expected it to be. It took a bit but that was my fault for not having my ducks in a row.Customer service was great and helpful, 5 stars all around.

I tried two other companies before I found cash for cars and they were one hassle after another with missed pick ups and dropping of offers. Cash for cars said what they were going to do and did what they said.

Despite signing the title and confirming the deal, the buyer slashed the agreed payment just hours before drop‑off, blaming a “system change.” Calls and messages were ignored, promises of callbacks never kept, and the final email claimed “corporate bought your car at $5,500.” Copart offered no help, simply redirecting back to CashForCar.com. The experience showed a clear breach of agreement, shifting from trust to money‑hungry tactics, leaving legal action as the only real option for resolution.

The transaction was smooth and quick. The person on the phone was kind, easy to understand, and answered my questions. I could have gotten more money elsewhere.

I provided all the documentation and information they asked for. Every time I thought we could move forward they realized they needed another document. It prolonged the process for 4 days. My car was totaled and I needed the money from the salvage for part of my down payment. It made it difficult to plan and process everything. Then once everything was said and done, over 2 weeks later they requested I send another document they forgot about.. they need more organization and maybe and exact check list of what they need from customers.
