CASH CALL never paid some of the notary…
CASH CALL never paid some of the notary fees for my client. I as an agent paid them for my clients since CASH CALL did not pay.
I did receive a call from a guy named JON asking me to change my review to a positive one. I would have revised it if they had taken care of the money that they owed to Title, but they didn't. My advice is, be careful with the Lender you choose, because you may end up having to pay fees that they did not cover, or it could go against your credit score. I didn't want my client's credit score affected by the negligence of this company not paying the second notary fee, so I paid it for them. I can assure you; most agents will not pay fees that they do not personally owe.

Good service, good rates, fast close
Had a fantastic experience working with CashCall for my refinance from 7.5 to 5.875. Jolene was my loan officer, Jon my processor for my refinance. In the loan world you hear that you can only pick two between good service, good rates, and a fast close. With Jolene I got all three! Jolene sticks to her word. Even when there were significant unexpected issues from the investor that I know was a financial hit to her; she could have passed that on to me, but she didn't.
Jon also helped me out of a bind of my own making when I wired money from the wrong account; what could have been a nightmare was resolved quickly and easily.

I am filing this complaint to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service that I received from Mr. Andrew Dominguez from Cashcall Mortgage. I contacted Mr. Dominguez and specifically asked him for a HELOC to consolidate three bills. After I verified my income of $113k per year; Mr. Dominguez asked for my permission to run my credit for the Heloc; I said yes. The next day, he told me that the payment of the $50,000 Heloc was $591.00 per month. When he gave me that payment; I told him to proceed; that I could make that payment standing on my head!
Mr. Andrew Dominguez never submitted my application for my HELOC. As a licensed broker, he cannot put in a false mortgage application. When Mr. Andrew Dominguez intentionally put in this false application for a refinance, under my name; he committed fraud! I will be reporting his criminal actions to the proper authorities!

I have been a RE broker for over 40 yrs and have seen my share of poor lenders. My client bought multiple properties simultaneously with them. One would think a good customer is worth good customer service. Not to Cash Call. Delays, delays, delays, no communication, broken promises, flat out hostility. Cost my client tens of thousands in late fees and lost rents (to late in the season). We only closed because the sellers were lenient. A closing date means absolutely nothing to Cash Call. If you want somebody who at the very least communicates or (what a concept) closes on time, go elsewhere.

This is the worst company for anyone…
This is the worst company for anyone who wants an honest process. The "Manager" John was rude and said he would have answers but did not, he never called back or handled my loan process. We finally started another application and it was done by the time this company called us for more items! I had to call the manager so many times, he finally referred me back to the processor who did not respond to me either. Buyer beware.
Horrific experience
Horrific experience. Bait and switch on the interest rate. Terrible customer service. Lied about the need for an appraisal. Cost me thousands of dollars in delays. I will never use cashcall/IMPAC again and recommend you avoid them as well.
Worst customer service EVER
I have been trying to take care of making a payment of $81.27 for nearly an hour right now. In 11 minutes, the Cashcall office will close and I will presumably be hit with a late fee. I waited this long to pay this amount because I already attempted to pay it with online banking on August 10 (It’s now 8/16). According to my bank the payment cleared my account on August 13. For some unknown reason the company says I still haven't made the payment.
To be clear, this has occurred because I didn't realize that my monthly payment had been increased by the 81 dollars because of a “shortage in my escrow account”. After receiving a phone message on 8/10 that I needed to contact Cashcall, I called customer service immediately and was informed about the increase. As soon as I got off the phone, I entered the payment into my online banking and assumed everything was taken care of. On the 13th I received another phone message and figured the payment just hadn't been processed because I could see that it had cleared my bank account.
This morning (8/16, the last day to make the payment without a late charge) I called hoping to make the payment using my debit card only to be told I can only make the payment using my bank account number. I left work early to insure I had time to make the payment before the 10:00 PM Eastern cutoff using my bank account number. I first tried to make the payment using a live representative. After waiting on hold for over 25 minutes, I decided to make the payment using the automated service. After following its instructions perfectly three times, I was told each time that I'd made an invalid entry (even though I was reading the numbers directly from the bottom of my check exactly as instructed) and the service hung up on me.
It is now 7:00 PM Pacific time, so I have now been on hold AGAIN trying to talk to a representative for 27 minutes and have presumably missed the 10:00 PM EDT cutoff. This is one of the most frustrating experiences of my life.
I've made every payment early since the funding of my loan and now I'm going to have a late payment on my history because of this @#$%^*(^*^ company providing the worst customer service of any organization I've ever dealt with.
Word of advice; DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SLEEZY COMPANY!!!

This is the WORST place there is. I have to disagree with those who say "run from these guys"...don't even call them. I have been over 2 months jacking with these people. Their ad says they help if you are self-employed...no they don't. I submitted all the paperwork they wanted. Then they wanted 12 months of my company bank statements. So I sent them the front page showing total deposits and debits. That wasn't good enough, they wanted every page. When I did that, it still wasn't good enough. They said they didn't like the way my bank showed deposits and they wanted me to prove that they were actual deposits. Really? They wanted copies of my deposit slips for my 400 customers. Deposit slips have customers names on them. I told them that violate the Privacy Act and I was NOT going to show my customers names. They said I had to either di it or provide copies of invoices....for 400 customers? With names on them? These people are complete and total idiots. AND THIS WAS JUST FOR A REFINANCE...AND THE RATE WASN'T MUCH BETTER THAN I ALREADY HAVE....RUN AWAY, RUN AWAY OR BETTER YET, FIND ANOTHER FINANCE COMPANY...THEY ARE CROOKS!
Worst experience EVER!
Don't use Cashcall Mortgage unless you want to spend massive amounts of time on your email, phone, and speaking with supervisors! We used Cashcall Mortgage recently and missed TWO closing dates b/c they could not underwrite the loan quickly enough. They kept asking for more, and More, and MORE info, some of which shocked our realtor and title company. They continued to ask for info event AFTER we closed and funded the loan, even threatening to "unfund" our loan if we didn't get them the extra info they were requesting. I tried to speak with supervisors by phone and email. Guess what, NO RESPONSE! I actually spent several hours crying just b/c of the stress they put me under, and I am typically a very laid-back executive. AWFUL experience which I will never repeat.
