What went wrong this time?? You actually posted the question, what went wrong THIS TIME?

I have been to this Casey’s store 151st Olathe, KS multiple times and treated fairly decent most of the time! However, yesterday 06/07/2023 at 7:52 pm my spouse and grandson were attempting to go in for some kiddo ice cream. We approached the door after I had seen another patron pull on the door & it was locked? Sign on the door noted closed at 8 PM due to short staffing. However, it was 7:52 and not 8 PM. So I went to take a picture of the sign that was posted on the door for manager and the corporate Casey’s and someone started tapping on the window at me. I walked away, the individual that was slender and untidy came out, hollering at me. Continued to holler at me & another patron. I felt very threatened he continued to holler and taking pictures of my vehicle! Suggest you screen your employees prior to hire as this hostile behavior is unacceptable and a liability! Please address your employee’s hostile behavior towards patrons, if your store is not open with the hours you have posted I highly suggest you change them! Never will be back to this location!!!

Our power went out at the facility I work for, mind you it’s senior assisted living, We made a call to Casey’s and ordered,5 sausages 5 cheese 5 veggies and 5 pepperoni pizzas…. When I say they did their thing!!!!Omg the team work they showed making those pizza’s was amazing!!! No complaints or nothing that’s why I LOVE CASEY’s always have for the past 30 yrs❤️🤞🏾💪🏽

I have previously been employed for Casey's in McKenzie Tn, so I know the potential this store has. That being said, they are going downhill instead of improving! $ months ago I could not get enough of their pizza!! We ate there twice a week even after the manager and I had a disagreement. Now, we ordered a pizza about 2 weeks maybe three weeks ago and this had to be a mistake. It was dry, hard, and tasted like rubber. I don't know if they gave us an old pizza that had been under the heat lamp for 2 hours or what but it was truly sad. Then, last night we decided to try one last time an it was remarkable. I don't know what the difference was, but consistency is important to people, so try and keep last nights employees. Management needs a revision there is the problem!

Every time I go to the south cameron mo store they have nothing. There is never any cold sandwiches in the case. The deli is always closed. They have hardly any breakfast items even when you go at 6am. The soda machine is usually out of order. The other day they were out of lids. They are too busy trying to make bonus than keeping their customers happy. I have to drive to the north store just to get what I want.

Terrible service at the Atlanta, IL. The kitchen manager gave my wife a substantial hard time when she asked for a separate box for each breadstick order. I called and attempted to talk to her and she was extremely rude to me as well.

After many years of ordering pizza from Casey’s, this order and location has taken my #1 spot of interest. The pizza’s were cooked to perfection and I enjoyed every bit of it. Thank you guys

I made order for Pizza, wings, and sauce for the wings. I received the pizza burnt and when I asked the delivery person if I had the sauce she said yes and it wasn't there. The food was cold and had missing toppings as well I was so disappointed. I tried contacting Casey's customer service and they never got back to me. It's too bad bc I would have given them another chance.

Don't order there taco pizza there nasty since they change to the refried beans and saulsa to being premaid the pizza doesn't even like the old taco pizza

Dont let your brake fall off AND ROTOR BREAK on their property by lake road and if you do don't go to sleep a member of thier team NOT MANAGER WILL HAVE it towed hadn't even sit there 6 hours in the middle of the night... Private property blah blah how about being a good person you never know what people are going through! Believe me I carry it well.. You think I wanted to leave MY TRUCK up the road? Crap happens I can't control!! oh wait the assistant manager knew I was coming back for it... And it still got towed. THIS IS NOT COOL.

Thank you to the owner of Dixon Ave Casey's in Rock Falls IL. The food has been my favorite here in Rock Falls Lol 😆 even when my my x wife was working at the old route 30 she would go there for me sometimes. Your delivery driver earned his $5 tip tonight.

We were just at Casey's in Mitchell- I have never received such rude service from an employee. His name was Hunter. He was extremely rude and wouldn't make any eye contact even though we were friendly. He said he was having a bad day because of customers. Casey's is one of our "go to" places no matter where we travel. If this was my employee I would have strong words with him regarding his customer service skills. We are pretty easy going people but his attitude was just horrible. Just the fast that I felt the need to write something to you regarding him, should make it clear. He needs some better training. After we left, he got on his phone and was checking people out as he was on his phone. Just terrible

Casey’s in Andover Mn. Why does it seem that Casey’s is always on the verge of bankruptcy? The pumps are always down. The only thing I can say positive, is that the store is generally clean.

Right before Christmas 2022, I was in Iowa when they had the bitter cold weather. Had to stop and get a little gas just so I knew we wouldn't run out. Stopped at a Casey's in Pella. Because of the bitter cold, I had to try three pumps before I got one that worked. Just put in a little, as I was froze! The pump price was working, but it was dispensing no fuel! I got back in the car, started it and my gas gauge did not move one bit! Still said I only had 15 miles of range left. Too cold to get out of car and go in store, so I e-mailed Casey's corporate telling them of my experience. I've heard nothing from them.
Incident #2. I turned my rewards points into Casey's cash as we were planning a trip and figured we could stop at any Casey's we saw while traveling. Well, before we left, found out I had some skin cancer that needed removed. So, trip was canceled for 6 weeks. We finally got to travel and the first Casey's we stopped at, we went inside and bought a couple of things. When it rang up I asked about my Casey's cash and was told I didn't have any.
So I lost about $5.
I AM DONE WITH CASEY'S!

I stopped into the Casey's and Carroll Iowa the first one. No prices on anything. They raised Arizona Tea 50% more than what it everybody else sells it for. I've gotten their hamburgers before. Today I'm charged $5.49 for nasty hamburger. There's a line of eight people going one after another. And the young lady saw one of her friends and she waved him up. Casey stores all of them are the worst in the world. I don't know how people can continue going there when their prices are higher than everybody else's. I hope they fall off the stock market and their business plummet because they're worse than any mafia plan in the world.

In Nov 2022 I was traveling with a 26ft Uhaul truck with a car hauler trailer. I stopped at your New Baden IL store to fuel and stopped at your pumps with the trailer partially blocking the throughway on the opposite side of the store. There was a box truck parked at the pump in front of me so I could not pull forward. I exited the vehicle and started pumping the the gas. The other driver continued to watch the pump as I went into the store to use the bathroom. As I entered the store the cashier asked if I was with the uhaul and I replied "yes", she then said you can't park there, you are blocking other customers. She replied that is so stupid, who would do that. I told her if it is a problem, it will be taken care of as soon as I go back to the vehicle, butI need to go to the bathroom first. As I continued on she continued to berate me to other customers. When I came out of the bathroom she continued to berate me to the other customers calling me stupid and dumb. I walked out to move the truck and the other driver was walking in and I told him they were a little mad at us inside for parking like this. He entered and said we are sorry but we had no other choice but to park like that and she started berating him and telling him it was none of his business. Needless to say an argument happened and the driver just walked out. I returned to the store to ask for the manager to express my disbelief and anger for being called names and berated in front of other customers. Again I did not say anything to her as I am talking to a manager in training. He gave me a number to call and I asked him for the name of the cashier and she again started saying don't give him my name. She started arguing again, so I start walking out the door and another employee makes a remark in a condescending voice " Sir you have a nice day" and I turn to him and ask for his name. That again started an argument. I departed and continued my trip home. The next day I called and the person I talked to said he was the assistant manager but would not give a name. I started a conversation with him about what had happened and he got angry with me and hung up. I called back and another assistant manager answered and would not give a name. She gave me corporates number which was not correct. I finally got a number for corporate off the internet and called. Corporate took my complaint and said I would hear something from them as soon as they pass this on to the District Manager for that area. The incident was the end of November and no contact yet. My job requires me to have contact with people every day and if I would ever berate someone in public, my job would be terminated on the spot. I have come to the conclusion that Casey's as a company does not care about the way customers are treated.

The Casey’s on 72nd Harrison has got be the worst pizza I have ever ate at Casey’s! Store dirty, can’t get receipts at the pumps, a bad atmosphere! Your Casey’s on 60th and F St is horrible! My company spends a lot on fuel in our company trucks, I stopped going there because employees on the phones when you are standing at the counter, music real loud where you can’t think, no receipts at the pumps. I have taking my business to Kum n Go! I recommended to my co workers to do the same!

If I could give this zero stars I would! first off let's talk about the main manager. He is literally the worst person you'll ever meet. He's rude doesn't care about his customers or his employees. Puts on a good show when his bosses are there and yells at his employees even with customers present. The food will literally be in the warmers for hours, looks dry and crusty. The only saving grace is the night shift they at least have nice workers on that shift and have a consistent flow of new food! Especially the blue haired girl that typically checks people out at night, she is so nice and has a bubbly personality and she is fast and efficient. Overall 0 out of 5 for morning and noon shift and I give a 4 out of 5 stars for night shift.

In Panora Ia We ordered a medium sized pizza. When we went to pick it up they had mistakenly made a large pizza and rather than make us wait for a new one they give the large one for free. Kept us happy. Thank you.

I have worked for both Hermann, and Newhaven Mo Casey's. Both places had the same manager that trained me at the first town. The most recent experience I have had was in Newhaven. I had let my boss know that one of my coworkers let me know that their spouse has covid, and is still working. My boss at the time had them both on the same shift delivering pizza, and you are not allowed by the company to work together. My boss came back to me saying that my coworker stated that they did not have covid. I then stated so you are going to go by what my coworker says who can possibly be lying to you then what a doctor states. My then boss replies that she can not force my coworker to go get tested. One let me clarify this yes you can, and two if they refuse they will lose their job. I have worked in home health. This is considered a health code violation. I let my spouse know what was going on. My spocame there to help resolve this, and my then boss had the "BALLS" to cuss my dpouse out. I waited on my last customer told them to have a great night said peace out, and left my then boss with a line of people. Not to mention any of their coffee soda ice cream or ice coffee machines are never clean. I took a flat head screw driver, and box cutter to get the caked on hot chocolate off tye inside of their machine. Also if you are running the cash register no matter if it's one or two your coworker never helps with hardly anything, and the have 5 plus people in the kitchen working but expect the cashier to wait on customers get all of the front, and out side stuff done by themselves. My experience date may be off some.
