They send low quality Chinese products… Do not refund even if the product is not fitting your phone
They send low-quality Chinese products at premium prices. The 360 phone case I received for my iPhone 16 ProMax wasn't fitting at all. They do not respond to any requests for a refund, even if you inform them on the same day. I kept emailing and calling them, but they do not even acknowledge the communication, leave aside the issue resolution, or refund the money.
Essentially, there return% would be high, so they do NOT have a seamless return or refund process.
After trying a lot, I have now made a complaint to the National Consumer Helpline (consumerhelpline.gov.in), not because the amount is too significant, but because such scams should stop. They should not continue cheating consumers - take the money as a prepaid order and then do not give it back, even if your product is shit.
