Shame I did not see here earlier. Thought I would try a 7day free trial as they advertise and immediately before even downloading the app I was charged $19.98… cancellation happens only when you log in from the webpage (fyi if someone sees this) At this point I don’t even feel like trying it. I just want my money back.

It’s a complete scam. There is no way on the app to cancel the subscription and no contact and they take a substantial payment from your bann. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

Going around in circles trying to cancel after trialing for 20 minutes. Complete crap to the point it’s hysterical!

First exercise: redesign the facade of my home in a mid century style. I get back an image of my home with a pool in my driveway, blocking my garage! 🤣🤪🙄

This app, Casvista, is extremely frustrating to deal with. It’s very hard to cancel the subscription, and the process feels intentionally complicated. They keep taking money through automatic renewals without clear permission or reminders. I tried contacting support multiple times, but no one ever replies to emails. The website is poorly designed and doesn’t properly allow you to cancel, which makes the whole experience even worse. Overall, it feels unreliable and unfair to users — I would not recommend it.

I needed an app to visualise my new living room, and it did an amazing job. I am still playing with the styles.
As well I had two questions where I needed customer support help, and for me the interation was very fast and smooth, Andrew in particular helped a lot, thank you

Fraudulent vendor operating in both Apple and android environment. Does not offer cancellation processes though falsely leads customers to inexistent forms or websites. Contact your credit card and block this vendor asap.

Company is a scam! They offer free trial but you can't cancel and then they charge. No response from customer support.

Super scam, enable to cancel the subscription and keep recharging.

Complete scam. The actual app is awful but also they send a link with 'instructions' on how to cancel that don't exist? You can't even log in on their website and that's apparently how you cancel.

Scam scam scam!!! Like everybody else. Unable to cancel. Wrote to them and the reply I got is go to help centre. Help centre says contact customer service. Absolutely ridiculous! Cheaters and thieves

Here to say the same as everyone else. Signed up for a free trial, cancelled the same day. Subsequently charged for a monthly subscription. Will be needing to contact my CC company to deal with this.

Avoid this app it'a scam. They keep charging even after cancellation, they customer service is a total rubbish. Fraudsters and thieves trying to rip people off.I wish I had read the reviews before downloading the app.

This company is a BIG scam. I just discovered I have an account (I never did any authorisation) , maybe it was a free trial a long time ago and they charged me around 200 pounds in one month . I just discovered because I found strange the debit . More than this, I tried to make contact and sort it out and cancel the supposed subscription and they just answer me back I do not have an account, I am not a client , so how they can be charging Me? It is a completely SCAM . They should be banned from the market! Very frustrating.

This company is a BIG scam. They have used every trick in the book to steal money out of your account and are a nightmare to cancel. They will keep fleecing you of huge amounts of money and hold you ransom and you will find it incredibly difficult to cancel. They also have your bank details and subscribe you to products to keep charging you. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMY COMPANY.

I downloaded the app a year ago and cancelled a week later as the output was terrible from the pictures I took - a total waste of time. The subscription was cancelled in march 2025 and they’ve just taken another $60 from my account!!!They won’t refund me… A scam do not use and the app is terrible

Total scam and fraud. I've already cancelled my subscription and they still charging my card. Casavista support is totally useless. Do not try this app they will rip you off

Signed up for the free trial and was charged immediately. The subscription does not appear under Apple subscriptions as payments are taken directly from your card.

If this happens to you, contact support @casavista.ai to request cancellation and a refund
