Hélas cde le 15 confirmé par casa rosa le même jour le 18 casa rosa me confirme l'expédition de mon colis ce jour le 28 tjrs rien si je n'ai pas le colis une plainte pour escroquerie sera déposé par l'avocat de legalitas à Madrid car cette entreprise se trouve à Madrid, je ferais tt pour qu'elle soit punie avec une amende lourde , j'ai egale8depose une information à agencia de protecion des consumidor , à rejeter surtout n'achète pas

Très déçue, arnaque

Très déçue. Je ne recommande pas ce site. Grosse arnaque. Fabrication des vêtements en Asie et non en Europe; Tout est faux. Délai de livraison : long. Les articles (tissu) ne sont pas conformes aux photos du site. Aucune information sur la qualité du tissu (coton, polyester, etc...). Aucune information pour le retour des marchandises, aucun téléphone pour contacter le service clients. Frais de 10 euros par article retourné!!! Je ne sais pas comment obtenir un remboursement des articles retournés.

We would, however, like to clarify a few points. Contrary to what has been stated, our swimwear and beachwear collections are made in Portugal, in collaboration with trusted manufacturing partners. Only some of our shirts are produced in India, where we have been working for many years with a wonderful artisan team whose craftsmanship we truly value. Each piece is carefully handmade with great attention to detail.

The composition of every item is clearly listed on each product page, allowing our customers to make informed purchasing decisions.

Regarding return fees, these are clearly outlined in our return policy prior to purchase. They reflect the logistics costs associated with processing returns and are now standard practice for many fashion brands.

Finally, our customer service team is available by email and responds to all inquiries as quickly as possible. If you have an ongoing case, we will be more than happy to assist you until it is fully resolved.

I absolutely fell in love with this brand! The swimsuits are stunning, beautifully tailored, and incredibly comfortable. The beachwear is just as gorgeous — perfect for a retro vacation look.

I had a wonderful experience with Casa Rosa. The brand has such a creative, unique, and inspiring universe, with a strong identity that feels both elegant and modern. You can really tell that a lot of thought goes into every detail, from the designs and colors to the overall aesthetic of the brand.
The founder is also incredibly inspiring. She has created a brand with a real personality, full of creativity, freshness, and positive energy. I truly admire the way Casa Rosa stands out while remaining refined and timeless.

Toujours aussi satisfaite de mes commandes Casa Rosa ! J'hésitais entre deux tailles pour mes maillots de bain, mais le guide des tailles est super clair et m'a permis de faire le bon choix du premier coup. La commande est arrivée soigneusement emballée, et j'ai même eu la belle surprise d'un paréo offert — un petit geste vraiment apprécié ! Je recommande sans hésiter 🌸
