I brought the screen for my corsa on the 14th of March and they said they would ship it and I would have it in the next week but didn’t give me a tracking number or anything. I had to chase up this order and contact them via email, whatsapp and instagram and didn’t get a response. When I finally did get one via email, they said they’d ship it out. I waited and still didn’t receive anything. I did eventually receive the order on the 31st March and I was able to install it myself with the help of videos on tiktok and youtube. The gadget itself is really good and I am happy I eventually got it.

I bought apple car play for my 2017 bmw 1 series and it worked at start with only a few minor faults but a week later it just made all my main menu zoomed in so now I can’t use the main bmw menu like checking my oil or checking my tyre pressure as I can’t see, I have tried to contact via WhatsApp but they just ignore all my messages

Nothing was sent. Another week of chasing and eventually got another msg today I had been refunded. Checked my bank statement and I have not received the refund. So disappointed as this was my daughters christmas present and now £240 pounds down I can’t afford to buy her an alternative.
Ordered a CarPlay screen for dad as a Xmas present on 10/12/25 today is 3/1/26 and no order at all yet on the 18th of December they said it was out for delivery, I have tried over the last two weeks to contact them and no one has gotten back to me the customer service is absolutely disgusting and I feel I have lost £300, Avoid this business at all costs they care more about the money than your custom.

Ordered a product which I haven't received yet.
Got an email asking for a review of product. Tried to contact multiple times about lack of delivery. No replies to email or Whatsapp queries.
Delivery not tracking. Day 13 waiting on delivery.
Overall a very poor experience and will be contacting bank and consumer rights if no reply in next 2 days.
Been trying to get in contact since March about my screen not working after only having it 6 months. the product was ideal at first, but seems to just be going downhill and no sign of help from the brand. It now hardly connects, blacks out white driving and sometimes will just not display anything although stating it’s connected.
CarPlay works perfect, delivered well, wrapped securely and safely. easy to install just like the video says. Massively upgraded my car :)
Parcel arrived Monday afternoon followed by the rear revering camera on the Tuesday but im still having issues with my screen not playing car play properly I have to connect to the screen Bluetooth then connect to the cars Bluetooth and most of the time won’t play any sound ??? And the screen is freezing after I reverse
I have contacted carsosa it’s been almost a week now with no response
Do not buy from this company, they do not reply to your messages. I had to claim their transaction as fraud to get a reply from them.
I have now sent the product back, but still have had no communication about processing the refund. I know they have received this as I sent it via signed for with tracking. I shall be claiming fraud again if I do not get the refund soon.
Fast shipping and delivery, the screen was very protected during shipping, it was very easy to install and has upgraded my car loads! theres no lag to the screen and everything works as it should!

Bought an Apple Car Play Device.
Was delivered in the wrong color.
Sent it back but no reaction.... no replacement, no refund, no comment.
Still trying to get back my money.

Ignored all my emails, WhatsApp’s and phone calls. I bought the vw screen and the screen continuously disconnects from Apple car play and contacted them to find out why and they continuously ignore all contact. Don’t buy!

Wasn't as simple as suggested, but no big deal as could equally be my fault;
But then in the terms of returns, sent numerous emails and whatsapp and even sent the device on it back and still hesrd nothing back

Purchased Apple Carplay for a BMW 116D.
The sound was not working despite doing all the troubleshooting available online.
No response from the company and no help at all.
There are better priced systems out there, I purchased this slightly more pricey one as I value customer service and quality.
I got neither with Carsosa.
I'll avoid in the future.

SCAM SCAM SCAM- absolutely useless company. Zero response from my many emails or what’s app msgs.
I have reported as a SCAM through my bank as the customer service is non existent.

Really awful service - only reply on whatsapp but never answer questions about the faults we have. Will need to send the head unit back but nervous as people have said they haven't got their money back. Don't touch with a barge pole!
