Really good customer service including sending photos on WhatsApp to ensure they get them spot on.
Very happy with the fitted covers and they are really good value for money. My first set lasted 4 years and could’ve lasted longer, I just wanted a fresh set as the old ones were a bit scruffy (although still completely intact). Quite surprised at the negative reviews to be honest as I would highly recommend the company and the products.

I ordered a set of seat covers for my 2013 convertible Beetle and wow, they completely transformed the car! The covers are high quality and fit my car perfectly, I can’t recommend them enough. I ordered these car seat covers solely on the fact that they said they had my car's seat template on file and so when they arrived I stored them away until I was going to put them on, recently I got around to putting the seat covers on and I realised that ULTRA CAR SEAT COVERS had sent me out 2 of the cheapest nastiest looking car seat covers which I could have bought for around £30 each on eBay, I have tried to leave a review on their website but it doesn't have that function so I am forced to go onto trust pilot and I hope that this will deter other people from being ripped off, so when I first contacted these guys about how they messed up saying they had my car's seat template on file, when in reality all they sent me were universal seat covers with stretchy fabric down the sides which is in no way even remotely the same as what they advertised, and as though that wasn't dirty enough for them they still have my car's template still on file even though I have told them that what ever file they have is wrong and should be removed, but even if they did manage to find a proper template for a 2001 MGF they didn't offer it as a solution, be very mindful of buying anything from these people, good luck.

I initially bought some covers way back in 2014 when I bought a new Tourneo minibus for a taxi and only now the bases are beginning to show wear. The original ford seats underneath are in mint condition. The covers provided are the best purchase I have ever made and highly recommend them. Charlie is kindly supplying me with replacements, great customer service

First and foremost a really good product. I got custom matts and covers. They're really well made, look good and you cant tell they are covers.

The leather seats I had were quite worn, but the covers make the seats look like new.

For fitting, you have to take the seats out....the whole thing took me about a day. Matts took 5 minutes. (They provide you with videos showing you how to put seat covers on)

Good communications throughout aswell. I ordered over the phone. And after paying they want to make sure they are making the right seat covers and matts, so you send in pictures prior to manufacturing.

Delivery wise, from payment, the package arrived next week.

Really professional set up and product. Would recommend.

December 2024. I recently had car seat covers made and fitted BY CSCD. After an initial issue when Charlie told me he had no template for my particular car I decided to travel from Cork to Derry, a long journey I might add, so that my car could be measured etc for new covers. This entailed removing the passenger seat and leaving it with Gavin so that he could measure accurately. Following a short period I again returned to Derry to have seat refitted and drivers seat covered. The overall result is excellent. The existing Trust Pilot reviews of this company are so positive that this course of action seemed worthwhile. I am entirely satisfied. Many thanks again to Charlie, Gavin and Paul.

After looking on the internet at various seat covers, I decided to order from Charlie at car seats covers direct. These guys are the absolute best at what they do. I cannot recommend them enough. From advice on styles and colours and customisation to when to book my car in and everything in between they were excellent with customer service. The quality of the covers is outstanding and the price is very good too.
