Very helpful. I was struggling with my monthly payment, so Roukshar stopped it until we could find a solution. I was kept informed of what was happening, and given timescales of how long applications would take. In the end we were able to find a solution that was great for me and acceptable to my creditors. I had a suspicious call this morning…
I had a suspicious call this morning from someone allegedly from Carrington Dean. I didn't give out any info but called the company myself.
I spoke to a lovely gentleman called Mikeal Dhalapah who was very good at assuring me it was indeed spam. He was then able to assist me with all questions I had. He was a cheerful, very helpful guy.
Debt is such a stressful struggle but with calming folks like Mikeal to talk to it's so much easier xxx
