Our experience with Carpet Online has been good. The customer service was 10/10, helping us with measurements, sending samples, and guiding us in choosing the right carpet. Although there was a slight delivery delay, it was handled promptly and professionally. We are extremely happy with our carpet, it feels wonderfully luxurious. I would highly recommend this company and use them again.

I had an excellent experience purchasing carpet and underlay for the first time online with carpets-online.co.uk. Paul was extremely helpful and patient with all my requests and going above and beyond to make sure my experience went flawless.
The carpets and underlay were top quality and I saved at least 33% had I gone to another supplier and fitter.
5 Stars all around.

On the 2nd day of order confirm, we received email and calls about cutting to room size and picture of item color, in a few days we received the item and lowest price but good quality! I can not believe such a excellent service and good item for fair price. Surely will buy again for next BTL property and recommend to all my friends.

I have used carpets online 3 times now and they have great customer service and really look after customers. They go above and beyond. I made an error in my order and they supported me to amend this order. I recommend them as they will actually answer the phone. I am always sceptical about online services as I like to try before I buy but carpets online are legit. Thanks again guys! Great quality padded flooring easy to lay as I did it myself and I'm unqualified!! Won't be disappointed!

The carpet i ordered didn't take too long to arrive, however there was a transport delay and the customer service I received was amazing.
I was updated regularly with Regards to my order and the carpet looks amazing. It's the perfect colour, exactly what I wanted and super soft!
