if i can give 0 star i would, at the start they already touch my credit score, make it from 742 to 621 that's is unforgivable! Many lenders out there wont touch your credit score, they will touch it at very end, before you sign up with some contact! These brokers are really poor. Cant believe it! Really trash service

Truly a joke. I am scared of what they actually do with my info. Never heard from them .They claim should hear in minutes. A week later not a word. Sent them and email....never even responded. My credit is 847. I can't believe they could not find someone willing to bid on my loan.

I do not know how they got my information, I do know I will be turning them in for identity theft.
This is some sort of rip off group.

If negative star is possible I'd give negative starS. 1 star is very generous. I only went with them because they were recommended by their sister company, Onlineauto.com.au

When I applied for the loan, the documents that the broker asked for were very vague but I did my due diligence and provided him with more documents. The day after I submitted the documents, the broker called for more documents (which could have been avoided if he asked for them beforehand). The following day, asked again for another document (again, which could have been avoided).

The broker is not very responsive to calls or e-mails. Almost a week now and no news with the loan.
I e-mailed a few times and contacted them through their website but no one can give me the status of my car loan. Calling them is also not the best way as the broker is always "busy" to receive calls.

I regret my decision of going with them.

Couldn't believe a person with 700+ credit score a 6figure salary job minimal debt couldn't satisfy their credit teams unimaginable criteria.
Please just avoid just avoid.
Choose someone who has office so you are not taking to the wall but to a person

ALTHO I live in Wa callEd them around 4pm AWST and their automated msg say its out of their service time which was 6pmAEST.

Got a great rate, and mostly a smooth process. It could have been quicker if it was made clear of ALL required documentation from the beginning.
I was told I needed to insure the car and provide proof before the loan approval on a Friday afternoon and that didn't give me much time and delayed things a bit more.

Shaun was attentive to what I was after. He was timely in finding the best deal for me which was truly better than what I could find myself.

He also explained and/or expanded on everything in the contract I wanted clarified.

On top of the car loan, he also obtained a great discount for car insurance.

Would absolutely use them again and refer them to friends and family.
