Very impressed at the slick sign up, quick and easy online. Unfortunately not so impressed with delays in the new factory built car and communication of the issue. I can't blame them for the delay, but perhaps felt proactive communication could have been a bit better.

We did speak with you several times on the 30th and 31st of March following delivery. In addition, the Manager of our Customer Service Team sent a follow-up email with all the necessary information to report the issues to your funder, Leasys, as well as to the RAC regarding the breakdown concerns.
Please note that our office was closed over the bank holiday weekend, and we do not have any record of calls during that period. If you did attempt to contact us and were unable to get through, I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
As a broker, we are unable to approve or confirm a vehicle rejection. This process must be assessed and authorised directly by your funder, Leasys.

Supportive and professional company
The company offered me a great deal on a car of my choice. Moreover, they were very professional and supportive throughout the process and they have negotiated a delivery timeline that suited me best. The car had a minor defect that was sorted almost immediately and at no cost to me. Great company to do business with and highly recommend them
