I had a monthly subscription for Caribbrew coffee. There was no way to cancel from their site when I could no longer afford it, so I sent an email. Did not receive a reply and got coffee and charged the following month. I had to get someone on the phone to cancel it. That was seven months ago. Today I was randomly charged again, sent a message that I had made an order. I don’t feel this company can be trusted, sadly, because the coffee was good and it was a great concept to help Haitian farmers.

My experience with Carribew has been very disappointing. They requested full information from me regarding commissions, but no payment has been made at all.

I have sent multiple emails, and while they appear to have been read, I have not received any response. This lack of communication and transparency is extremely concerning.
