The customer service is pretty bad, the products are overpriced, the products are not the best quality. Compared to competitors that are overall better. They dont ship not ship or send products but will take the money. They dont want to accept feedback. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this.

At first I was enthousiast to finally have good functioning and looking plate magnets for my Skyline. Sadly after mounting them I lost the plate.

I emailed Carholics and they told me it is not designed for the particular bumper. They offered me 2 more magnets but this does not compensate my broken plate which they do state on the website. I haven’t got any more response sadly.

Avoid. They don’t know anything about the car in Sale. Very good at selling and promise after care but fake service history. There was no genuine customer service, only constant defence. The business showed little knowledge of the vehicle and made promises about aftercare that were not honoured. At their request, the car was inspected just 20 minutes after purchase and I was told all sensors were faulty, but nothing could be repaired and I was asked to return another time. Multiple faults were later identified, including electrical and steering issues. The service history provided appears to be inaccurate, and the advertised 3-month warranty offered no support. Repeated attempts to contact the business were awful. Rather than addressing the problems, I was offered money to remove my review, which is illegal. I am now pursuing this matter through the appropriate legal channels. Based on my experience, this is a bad business and I would not recommend them. Updated : after trying to bribe me to remove the review, with holding v5c document and nothing resolved with the car.. it’s going to be a long road legally. Avoid at all costs. My v5c was provided at the appointment , I’ve never experienced such service like this it’s far worst than buying privately.

Outstanding service! I purchased this product as a gift for my boyfriend, but unfortunately he installed it incorrectly, which made one of the magnets unusable. I reached out via email, clearly stating that it was our own mistake and that we were more than willing to pay for a replacement.

To my surprise, I received a response within just one day, and they immediately sent out a new part free of charge. The level of customer service is truly exceptional.

On top of that, my boyfriend is absolutely delighted with the product. It’s easy to install and very convenient to use.

This company truly deserves a full 5 out of 5 stars.

They dont even want to nor try to take responsibility or negative feedbacks at any kind. I wouldn’t shop here.

Ik was erg tevreden over een quick plate. Later bleek de tape niet goed geplakt te zitten. Een mailtje gestuurd en ik werd goed geholpen!
Hielpen mij om het zelf op te lossen. Toen dat niet ging hebben ze nieuwe delen opgestuurd!

The product itself is fair quality and arrived well packed. The delivery did take quite a while but I received an email informing me it would be late so that was ok. After a few weeks of having the magnets on my car I came out one morning to find my plate was missing. I filled in the lost plate form on the website and waited to hear back. I’d heard nothing after a few weeks so emailed the company. Again no reply. They seemed so sure on the ads I saw that the plates never come off and if they do they’ll replace the kit and plate for you but in reality they don’t really care.

Item is not as strong as described. My number plate fell off on the motorway! Would not recommend at all. Better off with the number plate clips. Much cheaper compared to these overpriced magnets. And you have to buy to sets for 1 car. Not a good product.

Kaksi puoli teipillä pitäisi pysyä kiinni autossa... no eipä pysy, magneetit toki hyvät ja jämäkät mutta ei niillä tee mitää kun ei pysy autoon liimattavat osat kiinni magneetit ovat nii vahvat että vetää vatsakappaleet autosta irti liimojen kera kun yrittää ottaa kilpeä pois!? En suosittele!

The product quality is good, and there aren’t many similar mounting options available. However, the customer service and communication are terrible. Be very careful when placing orders—you might end up paying for unnecessary add-ons that can’t be fulfilled, and the money for them won’t be refunded.

I received a package, from them. The item within the package was broken when I opened it. And they don’t want to replace it because, they don’t replace packeges that has been opened. I’m very dissapointed. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Tuotteet olivat todella laadukkaat. Arvostan paljon sitä, että tuotteet tehdään Suomessa. Quickplatet oli todella helppo asentaa eikä tarvitse pelätä, että kilvet lähtisivät lentoon.

Nopea ja mukava asiakaspalvelu. Tuote itsessään priimaa. Ainoa miinus, ettei tilauksesta tullut tilausvahvistusta jäi hieman epäselväksi menikö tilaus perille vai ei.
