The account manager
The account manager - Sylvia was amazing. From the first call until collection, we were truly helped. It is funny because we only wanted to check what was out there and if we could get a car financed.
It is not a 5 star because few slips caused a delay during collection which was rectified through Team work. Sylvia (on day off), had to be in communication with everyone to ensure the smooth delivery.

So helpful, respectful, patient and gave me great advice.
She's been helping me with my purchase and made sure I didnt go through anything alone as this is my 1st time taking out so much finance and I was very worried but Humera has been reassuring and helpful.

I want to sing the praises of Carfinanced.co.uk – and I rarely put my name to things unless they genuinely earn it.
From first call to final signature, the experience was exceptional. The process was straightforward, transparent, and refreshingly human. In a world where finance firms can feel robotic and transactional, these guys bring warmth, professionalism and genuine care to the table. Five stars frankly undersells them.
Hakim in particular deserves special mention. His diligence, integrity and attention to detail were exemplary, the sort of service you expect from a private banker, not an online platform. At every stage he acted with the calm confidence of someone who knows his craft and looks after clients like friends, not files. I found myself wanting to stay in touch afterwards, which says it all. True personal service operates on a different level, and Hakim delivered it without a hint of fuss or ego.
