Defeats the purpose of hiring an advocate.
​I hired this service to streamline the car-buying process, but unfortunately, it ended up being more work than doing it myself. Communication was consistently slow, and I often had to chase them for updates. Most disappointingly, I was told the vehicle I wanted was "in stock" and ready to go. In reality, it took two full months to arrive. If you’re looking for a quick, efficient turnaround, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

What a painful experience. Their communication was very poor, and the price in the end was dearer than what my friend paid. Would definitely not recommend their service. Watse of time and energy.

We used the service a month ago to purchase a Kia Tasman. As a result we got what we believe to be a pretty good deal using Car Experts. This time round we wanted to add an electric vehicle to the fold. I was hoping to see if we could get a deal better than we could have achieved by ourselves. Unfortunately, we weren't able to solicit anything better than the current deals on offer to us from Kia. But the upside was that all the leg work was done for us and it didn't cost us anything to try.

I thought this might have been a scam at first but after dealing with them and buying a new vehicle through them I was very happy with the result of the purchase, very professional

Scammers – beware!
Do not place a quote with CarExpert. They told me they had a car in stock and ready to go, but after providing my driver’s licence photos, I found out none of the agreed-upon accessories were actually included in the deal. Then they suddenly said the car still had to be manufactured and could take 2–3 months to arrive. Completely misleading and dishonest process.

I love that the guys that started CarAdvice have finally come back and started CarExpert. The quality of the writing is excellent, the videos by Paul Maric are incredibly detailed and informative and I find the reviews in depth and accurate.

I've bookmarked it and it's now one of my go tos for the car detail I need.

CarExpert is a great place to read well researched and entertaining articles about all the latest news and reviews about cars. They seems to be filling in the quality that I’ve seen recently dip from other car review websites. Best of all, CarExpert is completely advertisement free. So no irritating pop ups halfway through and article. It’s genuinely refreshing to read good content without constantly working around spam. 10/10!
