Such a contrast to the first estate agentwe employed and sacked 6 weeks later. Cardigan Bay Properties run by Helen and Tania is superb. Nothing was to much trouble. From the very first meeting where they came prepared having researched property values and the market place. We met and worked with Helen who kept us informed at every stage in a tricky market. When we needed advice they were happy to give an honest and considered response. If we ever need to sell again we will definitely go to Cardigan Bay Properties. Their service is second to none and they certainly outstripped the agent we sacked!.

I cannot praise this company more highly. Tania and Helen were excellent, motivated, and integrity shone through from my first contact with them. Tania's photographs were excellent and the video she made beats anything I've seen with other estate agents, who frequently just edit their photos with bad music in the background; If I've seen photos, why would I want to see them again as a bad video! My cottage was sold in 12 days, not the legal stuff, but super buyers and everything went smoothly from there. Emma Alben from Prime Progression, who they appoint to help you move through the process, was also excellent. Her follow through, updating me as the buyers and I moved forward with the various paperwork needed with a house sale worked so well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. As a bonus I was presented with a memory stick with all the photos and the video of my cottage in Pembrokeshire, which I treasure.
