Absolute sh1tshow from start to finish. Total scam. Videos do not represent the real product. Total rip off. Up-sell after up-sell on a scam basis. 5 extra straps sold as if total £9.99 when it’s actually £9.99 EACH!! For five pieces of silicone. The watch, when it arrived NEVER WORKED AT ALL. Wouldn’t even turn on after overnight charge. Don’t expect any help from customer services. This is a complete scam.

First of all that website redirected me to a scamming Microsoft Pop-Up, second it used to display a Apple Watch on their website like 3 years ago and now all it does is redirecting me to a microsoft scam.

A complete scam. I never got to use it. Watch never worked. A waste of money. I just threw it out. Do not buy!

My charger broke and it seems like they don't have a contact page or email. My charger was dying as soon as I got it!!!! I would invest money elsewhere. It was a waste of my money and I can't contact anyone in the company. DO NOT BUY!!! 😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬

The promotional videos for the Cardieo Fitness Watch are totally misleading. This watch does not keep time, does not record accurate step counts, does not measure blood pressure accurately and is not worth paying a single penny for. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT AND DO. NOT BELIEVE WHAT IS SAID IN THE MARKETING VIDEOS.

I agree with most of the reviews, the Cardieo watch is a mickymouse watch, when the straps are fitted its difficult to get into the cradle to charge it. It is no way comparable to any mid range brands nevermind top brands as it is advertised and if you go through the transaction to buy it, they 'encourage' you to buy worthless extras.
Avoid wasting your money on these.

I agree with all the other comments. This is complete garbage. It took nearly 3 months to arrive. At one point i told them just cancel the order and refund my money. They told me I couldn't get a refund until i received the product. So they just held my money hostage until they decided to deliver their crappy product. By the yime it arrived i had already purchased another watch and didn't use theirs right away. When i finally did use it it would not charge at all. Called support but of course my 60 day warranty had expired. Total scam.

Does not even charge. Totally dead and a waste of time and money. Avoid.

Piece of garbage. It does tell time, but none of the features actually work. Every time I charge, it resets time and date. Save your money!!!

Yep a rip off....but mine does hold a charge for about 3 days. I use it for time and time /clock mainly & steps. The BP& HR O2 is all fraudulent doesn't hold names / ph #s, etc I've had 3 mos. Really not sure how much longer it'll last. Chalk it up to lesson learned.

The watch is a disaster! I could not get to work after many tries. Had friends try to help, to no avail. Sent the watch back for a refund and after almost two months - no response. Total rip off. Wish there were zero stars for rating.

Bought the Cardieo Smart Watch in the new year, was working fine and did what it wanted. Over the past month the watch has been losing time over the weeks. Did a proper check using world time and yes it’s losing time every week. Contacted Cardieo only to be told the 60 day warranty has expired, whose ever heard of a 60 day warranty, cannot help have a good day. Don’t buy this piece of rubbish that has no customer service to back it. Don’t get conned like me. Waste of money after only 3 months of use. DO NOT BUY.

Claims to be a super watch but in fact is a piece of crap. Has NO GPS despite claims to have. It has NO OLED display. Is not waterproof as claimed. You can't take even a shower with it. Screen size is not as claimed, is way way smaller.
On all their advertising the manufacturers definitely used an apple watch as their product is no good even for kids.
Avoid buying to avoid disappointment.

What a piece of junk. Has stopped working if you can call it working. Contacted seller. They said was outside there 60 day warranty. Never heard of a 60 day warranty. Going to try and get my money back from credit card company. DO NOT DO NOT BUY THIS You will end up here like the rest of us.

I had ordered and it took about 7 weeks to arrive after many emails on unboxing the strap was a bit difficult to slide into place But a bit of perseverance and lubricant it slid in both sides The charger ONLY works one way there is a curve where the watch “winder”fits try it the other way contacts don’t touch won’t charge Next the watch is NOT easy to Pair but hold both close download the app FitPro LH728 and it paired the also you can pair the wellaudio Bluetooth for Audio
This is not an Apple Watch but has got lots of useful features steps heart rate withO2 count useful in COVID-19 so for the price is a reasonable watch

Absolutely Awful experience. I ordered 2 and the accessories. Watches arrived, I opened one. Band wouldn't go onto watch I didn't even open the other. Returned watches and accessories and now I'm having to dispute charges because the don't offer refunds. This is truly a ripoff.

Simply do not buy! It is a definite scam. Mine didn’t work for 30 secs!! Theft!
