Don’t buy from this company there machines don’t do as they say and only do the odd job you need no help from the company what so ever!!! Avoid them!!!!!

This service is a complete rip off I bought over a £1000 pounds of tools then I got told we don't have that machine in stock but I said thay did on website so I paid more then once it came it did not even do the jobs I needed for then I paid £26 pounds to send it back the 4 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund we was messaging on wasp then I did not have a reply for a week so I went through PayPal to claim my money back if you are needing any tools key cutting machines or key programmer tools just go directly to xhorse website not this rip off service that clearly think if we don't reply to the customer maby thay will forget about the 500 pounds we owe them and leave them 4 weeks with out a machine to do the job thay have 12 jobs a day to do completely crap

I ordered a diagnostic tool from this company a few weeks ago, paid for the tool in full, the tool was in stock at the time of ordering and I also received a sales invoice together with notification that the item had been paid for.

Nothing arrived for a few weeks and then I received an email notification stating that they wanted more money before and they would not dispatch the item until I paid extra for the tool, it appears that they were out of stock and the new stock they received was dearer. This type of action of increasing the price of goods once paid is probably breaking the UK selling regulations (unfortunately this company is not UK based).

The extra money that Cardiagtool were requesting was nearly double that of the original price. Don't be fooled into believing that this is a UK company, they are just using a UK web and email address and are more than likely to be based in the middle east.

If you check their webpage there are no addresses for this company not even a return address!

Slow on response but goods were delivered from EU warehouse in a week via DHL.

I would say, Cardiagtool dealer is the best honest and high-quality producer I've ever seen in my entire life! Good service, very cost-effective, would recommend to my friends who need this type of car tools!

Bougt a tool for my MINI. I have waited for a month now, despite 7-10 days promised delivery time. I have asked the company what happens? Got an very poorly written email, that they would check it. Nothing happened and they dont answer my emails.
I must conclude that the item was never shipped and that the money was wasted.
Bad company! Keep away!

I bought a Volvo Vida dice.

Cardiagtool.co.uk don't take responsibility for it. They don't answer my emails correct.
They want me to send it back. That's alright with me, but it cost about 160$ for me. I can't make them understand that. They should pay for the return not me.
