The Visa Altitude card is the best! We had a hit and run in Italy and after uploading all documents, our visa card covered the claim fully. One bonus with Italy is the damage in the states would have easily been over $5k but ours was only $1k. Win-win for all! Thank you US Bank Altitude Reserve card!

Dented a bumper and cracked a tail light on a Las Vegas rental car. Used my Visa Coign card to rent the car. Didn't buy the Collision Damage for the rental, waived it. Contacted Visa's Card Benefits department and by using Eclaimline.com I was able to send them the necessary paperwork. Took a while to settle, but the paid the +$4.000 body shop bill in full. I will be using my Visa Coign card for all my purchsses from now own. They have earned my business. I owe them greatly for covering this repair bill in full.

I was hit by another vehicle while driving a rental car in LA. I got the information from the other driver and started a claim through my Chase card. I didn’t hear anything from the rental car agency about any damages, so I forgot about the issue. Around 1 year later, I got a letter in the mail stating I would face legal action if I didn’t pay the rental company. Turns out they had not even attempted to contact me about the issue previously. I went back online and found my claim I had started and then submitted it. Within about 1-2 months, the claim was paid completely. I was worried some issue would come up, but it was all easy and taken care of! I would highly recommend this card and service!

Very transparent and straight forward process from eclaimsline.com. The length of time it took to settle the claim was due to the delay in receiving the supporting invoice from the rental car company. I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Card Benefit Services!

Eclaimsline did everything possible to keep the process going. Had to wait two months on the car rental company to get the data to me to send in for the claim. Eclaimsline got everything approved and sent the email in one work week.

What a terrible experience. They stalled more than three times by asking for info that was already submitted. Then they say “ claim was denied, I can’t see the prior info, you have to re- submit and challenge the denial “ ( that happened twice) and the list of BS trying to get a credit has caused me to stop using. My Chase Visa and went back to Amex!
Started claim in Oct, finally resolved in January all for $1500 against a plane ticket of more than $2000

I've submitted two claims over several years, and I'm really happy with how it went both times. The first time was a little more painful as I learned the process. A couple years later when I was filing another claim, I knew what to do, and it was very easy. Communication could be a bit better, but in the end, things worked out very well, and I didn't have to do much work.

I was involved in a bad car accident completely destroying my rental car. There was a LOT of documentation required for the claim which was fortunately timely provided by all the involved parties. The claim was ultimately approved just before X-Mas. I always use my Chase credit card for travel related expenses and will definitely continue to do so.

We had to cancel a cruise around Japan due to unforeseen surgery for my husband. While the process for submitting information to exclaims can seem a bit tedious, we felt we were treated fairly and that the documents they requested were legitimate requests. And it was a huge relief to receive $20,000 back! My only negative would be that it is sometimes challenging to determine exactly what documents they are requesting on the drop down menu due to vague terms like “MBS” and “other”
I will continue to charge my travel expenses on my Chase Sapphire Preferred card and save money on trip insurance.

I appreciate how the card services covered my full expenses from my trip delay. I did find it a little difficult to obtain some of the information that was requested. I was asked to contact the airline and get a statement from them about the reason for the delay as well as the new ticket number which I didn't have and had to contact the airline. Overall I was very pleased with my experience and all the agents I spoke to were really nice and courteous. Thank you very much!

What an absolute joke! Submitted claim over two months ago and went through a loop of them asking for the same information over and over that was uploaded to my account and provided by email multiple times. Representative called and was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I called back in the hopes of speaking to someone else, and that person was also very unprofessional! Told him I had submitted everything multiple times in different formats as requested and just wanted to verify that they had everything they needed and if there was anything else I needed to do. Just kept saying No One at the company could provide that answer. Really? Then said "Look man, I'm trying to stay professional" You're trying?!? They are very aggressive and just want to talk over you. They may not be owned by Chase but it negatively reflects on Chase and we are planning on cancelling all business and personal cards as well as our business merchant processing with Chase after dealing with this absurdness unless the right thing is done. Hundreds of thousands of dollars will be lost by Chase as a result over a lost baggage claim. Great job Eclaims scammers!
