This interaction went surprisingly easily. My rental car overseas sustained a small windshield chip from a pebble on a highway. I thought I was covered and was very happy to find that I was. Easy communication with human being who listened to and then understood my situation and was able to provide understandable and accurate information. Online form wasn't excessively cumbersome and I received full reimbursement in less than two weeks.

For a variety of reasons we were not aware of the incident report in March 2023 from the rental car agency until a couple months ago, more than two years later. Therefore we are really grateful for your card benefits and that you honored our request once we got all the required documentation. This was my first experience filing an accident claim with a rental car company insurance backed by my CapitalOne credit card. Communication was slow but eventually after 5 months, I learned that the rental company had filed a claim. With multiple phone calls, I eventually learned that the claim had been approved and issued a check. Yesterday, I did receive a letter stating that fact. Thank you.

Antwanette was wonderful as were all the people in the chain, they seemed to genuinely care and helped me resolve the issue quickly. These kinds of things (insurance claims) can be stressful but in this case, there was no stress. Also, the instructions were clearly explained on the website. It was clear what documents to upload, and the system for uploading worked well too. The process was pretty fast, too.

Flight was delayed in Chicago and used trip interruption benefit that came with my credit card. First time taking advantage of this benefit for my family and everything went through as I had hoped. They make it literally impossible to submit a claim. First you spend a ton of time submitting everything on heir online portal, only at the end for it to say 'unexpected error occurred.' Wasted several hours trying over 5 times over various days. Then via email they either put you through an endless cycle of asking the same questions, or they just don't respond. Phone they typically don't answer or same issues of no actual help. It's a disgrace that legit credit card companies use Eclaimsline for this fake insurance.

The claim/reimbursement process was altogether smooth and not too complicated. The only reason why I did not give them 5 stars is because of the generic, and somehow unclear, series of emails I received requesting missing documentation, which were annoying and time-wasting. A part from that, I highly recommend this service and the credit cards that offer it.

I had a minor accident with a bus in Brussels Belgium, unfortunately do to a communications issue we didnt get the rental car insurance as we wanted. Long story short the accident was covered and resolved very efficiently using emails online. Navy Fed Credit card travel benefits are very good

I was pleasantly surprised that the insurance worked as advertised. We were rear ended on our way to the airport with little time to know all the details of filing a claim. While it did take some time to gather the support I managed to find all required docs. So while I was nervous there would be some "gotcha" in the fine print I was delighted that our claim was paid.
