Our first claim on a credit card through Capital One. It was made very easy and reimbursement was completed within a few weeks.

Outcome was great…our rental car was in an 11 inch rain storm in Hawaii and Budget assigned $13,000 in damages even though we were able to drive that car back to the airport. It was covered by our credit card and we incurred no out of pocket expenses.
Our point reduction in the review is due to lack of communication throughout the process. We submitted in April and were not told anything until it was resolved in September. We never spoke to anyone…it is all online.
Overall, we recommend this coverage.

My claim was handled quickly and without any stress. The associates I spoke with throughout the process were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I hope I don't have to process another claim in the future, but I am thankful that this went through without any problems and was easy to do.

During our summer vacation, we rented a minivan and the windshield was cracked from a rock flying off a passing dump truck. Once I figured out where to go on the website, I was pleased with the process and coverage. I clocked a fair amount of hours being a go between with the credit card service and Enterprise rental company getting all the necessary paperwork from and for both sides. At one point, I wished they could just talk to each other :)

Excellent response to my claim submission based on a foreign rental car issue when I used my Chase visa. Took 18 days to process, could have been done in 8 to 10 if they responded quicker to every thing I submitted, though 18 days is not bad!

I Rented a car from Avis. I Used my Chase Sapphire card to book and pay for the rental. Declined rental insurance. Unfortunately while driving a deer ran in front of the car a caused about $10k in damages. It was the first time I had to make a claim so I was nervous that the coverage wouldn’t work the way I understood it. But the claims agent from Avis, Nichol, was amazing and made the process very simple. The Initial inquiries I made to benefit claim team regarding this benefit were challenging. The customer service representatives did not provide accurate information regarding the benefits. However I made decisions based on my online research instead of using the information they provided. Training is needed to provide a better experience in that area. But once the claim was received by the claims team we had no further challenges. One claim was sent from Avis to eclaimsline, it was paid within 2 weeks. Overall as a consumer, I am very satisfied with my experience.

Not sure why such low reviews, but my experience was excellent and my claim was handled and completely covered. It did take a little work to get it done but they handled it better than my actual insurance company did.

I had a heart attack 2 days before we were to do a European river cruise. Eclaimsline required very thorough documentation, which ended up causing 3 review cycles. (They could do a better job of posting all required docs online upfront. E.g., I had to send my marriage certificate since my wife has a different last name.) Overall, the process was done fairly.

Traveling with my fiance back home from a 4 day trip. Found out my flight was canceled before we left the hotel and it was re-booked for the next day to fly out. Knowing I have trip delay insurance through my Ritz-Carlton Card I didn't even worry. Booked an extra night at the same hotel. Went out for lunch/dinner later on. Utilized car services. Purchased some much needed extra essentials!! And all with peace of mind! Filed a claim few days later upon return from trip.
The instructions were clear in the manual. My knowledge of handling this claim was good already from some of my favorite ********** card bloggers. Nonetheless this was my first time using this system with any card and it went seamless!! No headaches. Everything covered. I got Reimbursed through my choice of direct deposit in my checking account in less than 2 weeks after filing my claim. I have total confidence and peace of mind in this insurance going forward. Thank you JP Morgan Ritz-Carlton Card insurance services for making my delay feel like an extra vacation day!!

I filed through eclaimsline through my Chase card when I hit a tire tread on the freeway that caused some damage. I was nervous I’d be out of pocket and that the claims process would be long and arduous. Luckily, both National Car and exclaimsline made the process relatively quick and painless. I filed the claim, submitted the invoice and pics when they came from National, and it was resolved within 30 days. The website let me know where the claim was at in the process any time I wanted to check for an update. Having been through the process, I’m now much less nervous about it if I need to use them again in the future, but hopefully not.

My mother had a stroke, and I had to cancel one of my weeks of vacation. Most people I spoke to on the phone were very helpful. As long as you are patient, respond to the emails, and upload the files, things seem to work smoothly

I have never filed a damage waiver claim to my card before. I filed a claim for a small scratch on a rental car in Lisbon, Portugal. I did not know what to expect. The process was entirely online. I was requested the usual documents - photos, rental agreement, charge of damages etc. Online portal was very easy to use and upload docs. Two weeks later, they requested proof that I had actually been charged. I submitted my credit card statement with the charge highlighted. That was it. My claim was paid soon thereafter. I never spoke to any person other than the initial call to Chase Sapphire Customer Service. Overall, great experience.

My car vandalism claim was fully paid, based on the documents I provided. Thank you! But...The website did not work properly. I first reported on the website and attached 4 small pdf files. The claim and two files were accepted, and a nonsensical error message (that they could not identify my claim) flashed on the screen. Consecutive attempts to upload additional files, executed over several days and from different browsers, were always rejected, with the same error message. Emailing the files worked, but they were never added to the list of attachments shown on the website. I received the money, so I am not complaining, but a properly working website would have made things easier and less stressful, and I would not have needed to call your agents twice and take their time. It all ended well - thank you.

Overall, I am happy with the outcome, of course. I did spend multiple hours on the phone and considerable time submitting documents. I was initially told that this was not a benefit of my card and was treated as if I did not know what I was talking about on a couple of calls as I read the document that explained the benefit. I did have one very helpful women who made a huge difference and was invaluable in getting this resolved.

I am so disappointed with the service I have received from Chase & EClaimsline.
I have been given the absolute runaround for the last 5 months. A package was stolen from my house. I have video footage, provided all of the details, filed a police report, etc. I have STILL not been refunded. (Chase/EClaimsline claim to refund customers for stolen packages) The package was only worth a little over $30. Instead I have sent over 30 emails back and forth with EClaimsline since April. This is so disappointing. I am extremely let down with this service from EClaimsline.
