Guys turned up on time, got straight on with the job. Neat and tidy work fitting both front and rear sensors. Guys explained how sensors worked. Both Guys were friendly and courteous. Office who dealt with my query from start to finish were very informative enabling me to make the right choice. Would recommend this firm.

I had Cygnal fit my dash cam after making the BIG mistake of trusting a well known high street store to fit my last one to my previous car. From making my initial enquiry to the actual fitting, the ladies in the office and the engineer dealt with me in an ultra professional manner. I was staggered to find that my camera was fitted in around 20 minutes, and what a brilliant job they made of it. Well done, and thanks very much.

The whole process of booking an installation of a dash cam at my locations was well executed, helpful staff on the phone and a very curtious installer.

Process was seamless from start to finish for my Ghost install. Great customer services and professional installation so would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Excellent service and the parking sensors look as if they are factory fitted.. you could never tell that they were after market.

Overall I was very happy with the fitting of a tracker to my motorhome. Even though it was the end of a long day still the engineer had a chirpy attitude and really knew his wires. A solid methodical and knowledgeable approach , straight in and fixing it with no hanging about - great stuff. I could have done with a little more instruction on who to call to set it up, but I did get a card with the number to ring so that's being a bit picky.

Had a rear view camera on my van was told it just needed wires ,the lads from cygnal took the time to take panels off and look at it for me explained what was needed done ect for it to work ,,very professional in there work ,,would definitely be using again if need any work doing in the future, ps shout out yo the lady on reception very professional answered all my questions as best she could if not emailed me back ASAP with any help I needed

Very professional throughout. Advice on best product for my requirements. Installation very neat. Was a little worried about wiring given the addition of the rear facing cam but the technician was very familiar with the type of car and did an excellent job in routing the wiring to the best effect.

Jeep Compass - Dash cam installation (Nextbase 322GW)

The organisation of the job was great. I made an enquiry online and received a phonemail same day to speak about what I wanted doing. The installation was arranged for NEXT DAY i.e enquiry to installation in under 24 hours - brilliant (please note: they also supplied the dash cam too). Very punctual and information was provided all throughout this initial process. Payment was made the morning of installation over the phone.

On the day - the engineer from CYGNAL LTD was excellent. He was polite, chatty, jolly. He was really informative whilst doing the installation and nothing was too much of a problem.

The work itself: fab! Really neat work so the dash cam was installed into my car without wires everywhere, which was exactly what I wanted. He connected it to my phone for me and told me the app required.
He left me with no questions to ask (always a good sign) and no worries that the job done was not sufficiently.

Very professional and I will be using again. Big thumbs up from me.
