Had front and rear cameras fitted to my car at home. Very impressed with the communication and service. So much so that my wife has just booked her car in for the same.

Got the auto watch ghost system installed onto my Range Rover sport. Can’t fault the service the company offered. Had few questions prior to the installation and Atlanta always responded to the email and even after installation my enquiry was responded the next day. Very few company’s nowadays put the effort into responding to customer and it’s this kind of service that makes customer return. Will use again when I change cars. Thank you.

Great customer service. I was asked to bring car to the office for an engineer to assess if their reverse parking sensor would fit my car. Whilst waiting was offered a hot drink, once assessed booked in for the next week. Reception staff are very friendly, very chatty and I did not notice that 40 mins had passed when the engineer returned with my car.

Installer came and installed a Ghost Immobiliser and Scorprion tracker.

After having the tracker installed I was having alerts within a few hours of install saying there has been an issue with the vehicle. I left it for the weekend and having numbers calls from the tracker company automated calls, I eventually rang the tracker company and they advised me that the tracker was flagging up a low batter fault. Who advised me that they would be intouch with installer and get them out to have a look.

After having the ghost installed, I was advised on how to use it from the installer, but I was having issues with getting the ghost to turn off or even be able to get my ignition on to be able to disable the system. After another installer came to refit my tracker, he told us that the way we had been told to use the ghost was totally in correct and that was just a way to get into the ghost system to change the code etc.
wasn't happy that I've been told how to use the system wrong.
The guy who first installed the system seemed to not know how to use the ghost system and was just reading from the user guide which I would be reading anyway.

Thankfully another installer has came down to fix these issues so hopefully no further issues going forward.

Arrived on the day, had no issues whatsoever with installation. Fitter was very professional, friendly, showed me how the parking sensors worked in terms of sensitivity, volume, etc. Over the moon with the work done, the parking sensors look like they’ve always been there. I had been quoted a lot more from the Ford dealer, and they weren’t even OEM sensors they would install either. All in all, a great service and I will definitely recommend this company to anyone. Thanks again!

Installation carried out promptly at date and time arranged without any problem. No unsightly wires and no sign of where the engineers had removed and replaced trims. Excellent job.

Contacted them via their website. Got a reply the next working day after the weekend. Got an appointment within 48hrs at a time that suited me. The fitter arrived on the button and had fitted the dashcam in less than 20mins. Made sure I was happy with it before leaving. 2nd time I've used them in 18mths, both times great service.
