As with many reviews on here, Jade Martell was excellent and really easy to deal with and talk to.
Would definitely suggest her as a mortgage advisor, considering the limitations available looking for a lender for a 'high risk' flat, as she was able to find one very quickly and consistently got the best rate available from them.

Moving house is always a stressful experience, especially when moving out and having to wait 3 months to move in, as well as porting an existing mortgage.
