Terrible store! They cheat their customers.
We ordered two parts for the car, but they sent us only one! After all the delivery times that came out, I wrote to the support service, but they always asked me for proof, they asked me the order number a hundred times. In the end, no details, no money. They offered a 15€ discount, but the part cost 40€. That is, in their opinion, I should order again to do, pay for it and hope that they do not deceive me again. I will never recommend this store to anyone. Fraudsters.

Used this company a couple of times and find them excellent. Top brand aftermarket parts for about 25% cheaper than motor factors in Ireland. One one occasion a brake vacuum pump failed after 6 months and I received refund straight away. Delivery to Ireland is 10 days but I'm happy enough with that. If you can build your order up to €140 to qualify for free postage they are outstanding value.

I find this company great to deal with,the problem with most people is that they do not check that their ordered parts are compatible with their car,this is not the company's fault,a tip when ordering ,send them the OEM number off your parts and if you dont have the OEM number send them your VIN number off your car and they will show you your choice off compatible parts to buy. my delivery was 2 days after I confirmed my order,definitely will be using this company again

Ordered 3 separate parts for my car. Put the car registration to ensure compatibility but only 1part fitted my car. After complaining they admitted that they cannot guarantee the parts will fit as this service is operated by a support company. It’s not worth returning the parts as the refund would be less than the cost of returning the parts. The company isn’t Irish despite the .ie on their domain they’re based in Berlin.
Do not have any dealings with these charlatans is my advice!

Made the payments. The parts are available in stock. But when we are talking for the dispatch procces is taking forever.

Guys if you received the money then you should do your job as required.

Great experience, carparts.ie, which is actually AUTODOC, offers the best car parts and maintenance items for almost two-thirds the price of the UK market (I saved around £100 on my first order). I ordered five items first and forgot to add three more items, contacted them by email to avoid double shipping costs; they simply add the items to the completed order and sent them all in one shipment, which only took three working days; the packaging was great too. I would definitely order again and recommend it to everyone, especially my friends. A negative point is the use of PayPal in the ordering process; carparts.ie sells in EURO and money must be exchanged for Sterling; the PayPal exchange rate is the highest and not fair. PayPal added £12 more to my order than if I had placed it with just my debit card, but that's PayPal and not carparts.ie's fault!

I ordered parts based on their website listings for my vehicle. Some parts did not fit when received. After checking, I found multiple listing and the parts which indicated compatibility did not fit, the part indicating non-compliant were the correct parts. Despite several attempts to have the correct parts supplied and delivered at their cost, they refused. Fortunately, I found a local supplier and purchased the correct parts. I wish I had read other customers review prior to placing my order. like what other people have said, STAY AWAY FROM THIS MOB.

Got phone calls asking to confirm the email I got to a change to the order... No email received (not in spam etc).. contacted them.. I went online to check and everything was listed as in stock and my order was waiting to be picked up by courier..

TOOK 8 WORKING DAYS TO EVEN SHIP.

Then get an email saying they shipped without the item and I'd need to pay shipping again to get the item which was part of original order...

STAY AWAY!!

Waited a month for delivery from a supposed irish website, they are not in Ireland but are autodoc.de, that shower of inept fucknuggets. 2 stars as they actually got the parts right but offered a sterling discount on next order 😂, like that's gonna happen. PS were not in the UK for over 100 years but you knobs were too busy trying to take over the world to notice.

The good news was the parts I ordered (brembo brake discs front and rear) were significantly cheaper than other suppliers (even with the 30 euro delivery charge)

The bad news is that I had to email them nearly two weeks after I ordered to ask what was going on, and only then did the parts actually ship so it was nearly 3 weeks from order to delivery.

Parts never arrived even though SEUR courier service shows delivered with 2 different tracking numbers
Car-parts.ie customer service only help was to tell me I MUST DEAL WITH THE COURIER. NO WAY TO GET A REFUND UNTIL PARTS ARRIVE BACK AT THEIR WAREHOUSE.
Which means if lost you loose your money.
AVOID AT ALL COST. 200% FRAUDULENT COMPANY

ECPS Group to avoid at all cost. Found them in global online car spareparts portal, was told by a lady from Poland to deal direct with them for "better deals", Big Mistake! Unreliable/ Dishonest/ Unethical sales tactics. Missing parts. Persistent denial on 2 orders wrong item delivered. Buy from Exotic Car Parts and Services ECPS Group AT YOUR OWN RISK! PAINFUL & EXPENSIVE LESSONS LEARNT!!!

After having to wait 12 days for part to arrive it was wrong then the hassle to return it to Germany. Avoid this Company.

AVOID these crooks.i ordered 10 parts which 4 of them were wrong.They have listed parts under OE numbers which should guarantee compatibility and yet they blamed me for ordering wrong parts.This company is AUTODOC under different name so as another 20 I found all of them are same crooks,I surprised they still run bussines.

Either through painfully slow delivery or by BSing you when you ask for order status, return issues or refunds. I was completely tricked by this website, its a new face to Autodoc, who i have previously done business with very vety poorly and vowed to never do business with again.
Here they are 2 years later with a little rebrand but the same customer experience.... Snail Slow delivery and communications tailored to BS and Mislead you. If you value your time, aviod their lucky dip warehouse and shop somewhere else

Avoid at all costs, missing items when parts arrived last week. No customer support phone number to call, several emails sent & no reply.

Ordered a number of parts from car-parts.ie - my first order.

One of the items was a set of rear brake pads. I ordered the Blueprint brand as I'm familiar with them and they also come with new brake pads clips.

On processing, I found that the brake pads had been substituted, without my consent, for autodoc's own brand Stark. Both Stark and Ridex are autodoc's own brand and are both identical parts, just different branding. These brake pads do not, as per the description, come with the clips. Additionally, the Stark and Ridex pads are "generally" cheaper. In this case over six euro's cheaper.

I say "generally" because when autodoc substitute parts, they suddenly increase the price of the substituted product to make it look like you got a bargain. In my case, the Stark part price was suddenly increased to 45 euro! The Ridex ones are still at the original price, and interestingly, the Stark ones as still the original price on the German site (15 euro).

Whatever about substituting parts - this happens, and I'm sure the Stark are ok quality - but this dishonest practice of manipulating the price of the substitute part is just shocking, I have essentially been overcharged for a part I did not order.

I have contacted customer support but have not heard back. At time of writing my order has not yet shipped but I expect that by the time they review my case it will be on its way. I will be sending them back at autodoc's expense.

Great service,paddy and Eric are sound and they really know their stuff, I wasn't sure what type of battery I needed for my renault fluence and they sorted me out, gave me a great price too

This is a review carparts.ie (autodoc)which is extremely misleading. Polish or German??

I ordered a turbo for hyundai i40 for 330 euro and six months later its broken. I have tried and tried to contact Carparts.ie to no avail there was supposed to be a one year warranty with this part. But they have my money now so they don't care.
