I first saw an advert from Capyera on a social media site and was a bit unsure whether to order. However I’m glad I did because the products and service I received were top class. Communication and tracking was great, packaging excellent. I’m sure my granddaughter will love them on her birthday next month. Well done Capyera, 5 stars from me.

Brought this for my daughter with buy a hoodie get a plushy for free… the hoodie is really good quality, she’s in love with it and won’t take it off… more that I would normally pay (£36 spring sales) but the quality is worth it, I sized up so it would be worth the money as it would last! Very impressed! The plushy is also well made and a new favourite of hers! For me worth the money and the delivery time… I would buy again but at the price it would be for birthday or Christmas not a just because!

They lie about their return policy. On the website it is advertised everywhere that you can return within 30 days or exchange than 14. That’s a lie. They say that they don’t accept returns or exchanges. Absolutely insane.

I ordered something right before V-Day knowing I likely wasn't going to get it in time. No worries.

I made the mistake of putting in the wrong address and realised right away. I emailed them because I didn't have the option of editing my order and they got back to me right away and told me they've edited the address. Lovely. Gave me shipping details and a few days later my tracking said it was delivered. Never got the package. Turns out they sent it to the wrong address.

Raised it with them and they got back to me right away and said they will resend the items due to their error. No worries. Sent me a knew tracking number but again, said it was delivered but never came. Tracking details showed the final destination was Ringwood Holding Facility or something like that. I contacted them and they apologised and said they would get back to me within 48 hours. That was on 11th March. I've not heard from them since and they've ignored my last two emails.

Wasn't sure what to expect (if anything, Im cynical about these social media promotions being scams!) Bought a Capybara and Hoodie for my daughter. Was a little pricey but the quality is far better than expected. She LOVES the hoody. It's super soft, great size hoody and fits really well. The plushie is really nice too. She hasn't taken the hoody off since and the Capybara comes everywhere with us!

Capyera capybaras are the absolute best!! As a teacher, my students have gifted me many plush capybaras from many different places and I can say without a doubt Capyera has the softest, cutest, and most durable capys of all. My husband and I love them. We have bought several from their super fun drops - they are always impeccable quality and the cutest and snuggliest ever! We love Capyera!

My daughter is absolutely in love with these plushes!! Her favorite is the snowy one but she plays with them all. She currently has 9 and we just ordered the new kid hoodie! We are so excited and will continue to buy new capybarras as they drop!!!

I had a great experience ordering from Capyera. I purchased 2 Capybaras from them and I accidently ordered the wrong color. Sophia on their team was excellent and solved my problem very quickly and already have my new one being delivered. Would highly recommend them as a great gift!

I have made several purchases from Capyera from plushies of all sizes to tote bags throughout the year for all occasions (Valentine's, Halloween, Birthdays, Christmas, etc). The items are all well made and exactly as pictured. All recipients have adored their capybara goodies. The packing and delivery process is fairly quick and I appreciate being well informed of the process throughout.

I've ordered a few capybaras from here now and they have always arrived in great condition and look super cute. I've also bought one of their t-shirts from here and it was surprisingly good quality, the print was very well made and it hasn't rubbed off at all even after a lot of washes. Great company

I absolutely adore all my capybaras. Each looks exactly like their photos. They are so soft and well made. Each addition to the different type makes each one so special.

Skeptical at first but did my research and ordered 5. They arrived later than advised but I felt this was to be expected ordering near to Christmas. I received two emails from Capyera apologising for the delay and to let me know that they were monitoring my orders journey.
My Capyera parcel arrived, yay! I have to say that I am so, so pleased with them, they are just as gorgeous as the Web photos! Love the detail of each capys expression and the colours are so pretty!
The only slight neg comment would be that they are definitely worth the 2 for 1 price, but not the full £26 each, or there abouts.
Overall, buy them, they're great!

I was skeptical over my order after looking at reviews and the co founder emailed me that the order has been delayed twice and I was gonna get a bonus over it and 3 days before Christmas eve with an extra smaller capybara plush.

I've purchased from Capy-era several times in the past year and have always had a positive experience. There's a little bit of inconsistency when it comes to whether or not the plushies arrive compressed or not. Sometimes they're completely flattened and require some fluffing after opening the vacuum bags. Sometimes they're not vacuumed at all. That's my only observation. The quality of the actual product is great. The shipment time can sometimes vary but it's also generally pretty quick especially since it's coming from overseas. They've always come with tracking and a postcard with each order. There are frequent discount codes to be found so do some digging before paying the retail pricing. At this point I think we've collected all of the plushies they've made in at least the 10" version. It's hard to resist the new ones as they come out!

I brought four as gifts, thinking they would all come with a gift bag and postcard. They didn’t, making the gifts really underwhelming, as you can’t split the gift bag four ways! Checked that a mistake hadn’t been made but they wasn’t the case

Extremely well made and high quality products, with a great customer service team and fast delivery. I honestly couldn't be happier

I purchased 2 of these as a surprise for my 2 daughters for Christmas! One of them had answered the door to the delivery, she knew exactly what it was!! The packaging has "capyera" emblazoned in huge writing on it!! So the surprise is ruined!! Did nobody put their 2 heads together and think potentially that this could happen with the packaging? I'm very annoyed! My 2 stars reflects this! Plain packaging would make more sense from this happening! X2 emails were ignored too! Capy's are cute!

I’m from Austria & have ordered on this site three times (all in 2025) & never experienced any problems. No issues with tracking the parcel, regular emails with updates, the products were never damaged.
So in conclusion I can only recommend this store :)

They should rename the site after me.

A coworker mentioned I am so out of control and probably their number one customer so they should rename it Abby-era instead.

That being noted, these are HIGH quality plushies. I have over a dozen of the minis clipped to my EDC purse, several on my Christmas tree, and matching biggins EVERYWHERE.

They are CUTE. They are well made. They are SO SOFT.
