False advertisement on google
False advertiser. they hook you in on Google saying they do "business loans with no personal guarantee" .
Then inside the platform the first thing it says on filling out your info.... is that at least 1 director must give a personal guarantee. Waste of time, v annoying .

To clarify our process for future reference, please note that cancelling a standing order or payment via your bank does not automatically trigger a cancellation within a provider system. Usually, we require notification through our website, via email, or by phone.
We can see that you cancelled your subscription and it was processed for cancellation on April 8th.

Capitalise were one of a handful of companies we looked at when we needed funding for our new business van. From the start the service we received was excellent. Our account manager John Martin was exceptional in all our dealings. Calm, patient and courteous, he talked through the options, kept us up to date with the process at every stage and was genuinely a pleasure to work with. Our previous experiences with finance brokers have usually been overly intense with numerous calls and emails trying to push us to make a decision but John was completely different. No pressure, no pushing, we had a real feeling he genuinely cared about what was best for us not just his commission! We would definitely recommend Capitalise and John in particular. Thanks again for all your help.

Not sure what capitalise job actually is!
Put me in touch with liberty for finance however the amount of back and forth was ridiculous. Trying to run a business yet had to go outside every day 3-4 times daily to act as the middle man between liberty and the garage yet caprice claim commission for this? Capitalise are supposed to be the middle men doing the running about yet all I got was “I’ll ask them” “they said this” “they said can you ring the garage”! I thought by paying commission they’d be the ones to phone around for me, I feel like I’ve done all the hard work and they’ve clicked commission for it!!
Each time I needed support on a quick basis it took hours for a reply via WhatsApp, and if I called it just rang off the hook.
If anything all capitalise did was slow everything down and then claim commission for this! Even today after all finalised, I sent a WhatsApp at 7:48am and it’s now 10:30am and it’s still unread!
Problem after problem, I think it’s a case of too many chefs!!
Anyone wanting business finance I strongly recommend you just sort it yourself, less stress, less hassle, much faster and a lot cheaper!!

They got us the money
As a small business we find hard to obtain financial support.
But we gave Capitalise a go, they did exactly what they said they would.
The whole process was simple, quick and hassell free with money in the bank within few days of the starting the process.
They did also get us competitive rate of interest on the loan, which also allows overpayments for early and cheaper borrowing.
