Capcool were a joy to have on this job. They were efficient, on time, friendly and I can't speak more highly about the capabilities and work ethic of their installation guys. Farhan & Imran were excellent.

I would highly recommend using Capcool! and will always use them for anything Air Conditioning related.

Amazing company, they where very helpful whith all my questions and they new I needed the wall mounted air-conditioning in my loft conversion installed as soon as possible so they came the next day to accommodate my needs. From the moment I made my first enquiry to having the unit fitted the service from CapCool has been first class. They answered all my questions about the unit and estimated running costs and also about my concerns about the fittings as I had recently refurbished my home. The gutters were on time and cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for ac units.

The team at Capcool we’re brilliant. I needed split a/c units in two of my bedrooms, and the loft bedroom had limitations in terms of placement. The team recommended a modern unit which would mount on the wall under the skylight opening and didn’t require any visible ducts in the room. The other businesses that provided quotes said the only way to install in the loft bedroom was to run horrible looking conduits along the inside wall.

Hats off to the Capcool team for listening to my needs and recommending the perfect fit. The loft unit took a while to get from Panasonic, but once it arrived the team called to arrange installation the next day. The installation team worked quickly and in just a few hours the units were fitted, they cleaned up and they left absolutely no trace they had even been there - apart from the blasts of cold air coming out of the a/c in the two bedrooms.

Communication with the team was excellent and it was a breeze to sort initial and final payments and view my invoice via their safe, online platform.

If the weather keeps up like this for too much longer, I will have to get them back to fit units for the ground floor.

I had a few companies around to quote for the air con installation but Adnan from Capcool immediately stood out as the most knowledgeable and I was confident that they would do a good job.

Because of Covid19 there was quite a long wait before they were able to start on the work but when we were ready Fahan and Imran arrived immediately and installed all three Daikin units in two days.

They were polite and helpful and made a real effort to place any connections and piping as unobtrusively as possible considering the slightly difficult positions of the units. The air-conditioning is superb and now all I need is some hot weather to try it out properly. I would be happy to recommend the company

Good advice from the beginning and very efficient fitting. Nice people too! It has made a big difference to our bedroom in the loft which used to get up to 28 degrees on the hot days.
