After losing my beloved cat Elvis, I came across their ad online. My favorite picture of him was in the kindle photos so I purchased a canvas of this picture. It arrived Friday and is wonderful! They do a fantastic job, so true to life.
He was beautiful inside and out, they captured it perfectly. Highly Recommended. Thank you to all of them.

I recently ordered several pictures from Canvas Prints. When they arrived, they looked great, except the tops and bottoms had been cut off. This was at least partially my fault as I was provided with previews to approve and I didn’t pay close enough attention.
Regardless, I contacted Canvas Prints and asked if these could be reprinted.
I got a very prompt response and the pictures are being reprinted at no charge.
The representative at Canvas Prints, Michelle R, was extremely helpful and provided input that by resizing one of the pictures it looks way better.
I will definitely use this vendor again and will be sure to pass along the good word about this business.

How is this a reputable company? I ordered 15 canvas prints and received EVERY SINGLE one of them cut off at the top, including my entire head chopped off with just my body with my 2 little girls. I called the company and they seem to be a small mom and pop type shop. They resent the pictures and they are STILL not correct and 1 was missing. They won't refund my money, I am still waiting for a call back. So now I am disputing with my bank. Quality is thin and cheap. Do yourself a favor and choose Mixtiles. I thought I was getting away cheap, well you get what you pay for.

Easily placed my order online and was notified the order will ship in 7-10 days. About 5 days later I receive an email that my order shipped with a tracking number. Checked the tracking and no tracking available, only label printed. Checked the next day and the same thing. Checked the following day and again, same thing. Called UPS to see if maybe their website was not updated and they confirmed only the label was printed. Called Canvasprints and was told the item had shipped. I asked if they could send me the tracking they see and was told "sure, no problem" As I waited on the phone, customer service rep said it may take a while and to call back if I don't receive the email. Hours later and nothing. Called back the next day and was told the exact same thing, even to wait for the email and again nothing. Frustrated, I called my CC company to dispute the charge, then 2 days later I get an email from UPS that my order shipped and will arrive in 2 days.

Why play games with your customers? If you print the shipping label in advance and ship the item a week later, just be honest. If you think you are fooling your customers ....news flash ... "YOU ARE NOT"

Thank you for doing a great job with my print, my mom is the 17 y/o girl sitting on the Harley Davidson in 1938 near Franklin, Kentucky. The young man with her unfortunately is unknown, and this was before she married our dad 3 years later before he went off to war. It's too bad she wasn't able to see this print, she treasured this photo for years so thank you for giving me a larger reproduction of the original to hang on the wall.

Awesome experience!!! Amazing customer service! Placed an order for a large canvas (son's wedding), not understanding how important pixel quality works and the picture in the review order was too small for me to notice the poor quality. Canvas arrived timely, yet the photo was horrible. Realizing this was Not Canvasprints problem, I reached out (via email) anyway to customer service to see if there was any recourse. Back and forth with "Dennis", determining my disappointment and desire to rectify this situation. I was allowed to send another photo with better pixel quality and a recommendation as to the maximum size to order. Received the order very timely and am a very Satisfied customer. No extra charge, so I did not throw away $50. Plus, spreading the word and will be ordering more prints!

Printed two canvas prints with 2 day shipping with 5 days of lead time, and despite going back and forth with customer service to ensure timely delivery for a funeral, did Not get the prints in time, with assurance from customer service that it will arrive on time. Zero response from customer service. I would not use them if on a time crunch.

When you buy an older house, it sometimes comes with items specific to that decade which quickly go out of style. Remember when the late 1990’s thought it was cool to have niches above the fireplace to hold your giant tube tv? Yeah, we got one of those when we moved in.

Despite the niche AND the electric fireplace, remodeling isn’t in the cards right now, so we thought about covering it. It was tough to find a painting that measured perfectly, so we decided on a custom-size “photo-on-canvas” print. Literally hundreds of companies do canvas prints, but only a few will do large, custom sizes.

CanvasPrints.com was super simple to use. Four easy steps on their website which included approving a proof several hours after ordering. It was also the least expensive by far; half the cost of one of their competitors. The print arrived about six days after ordering and was expertly packaged. However, one of the boards had snapped during shipping. They indicated a 100% return/replacement policy, so I sent a photo of the damaged print. Two hours later, Cheryl from customer service, said another one was on its way.

It arrived yesterday and was perfect. The print fit the space exactly how we hoped. CanvasPrints.com exemplifies great workmanship and customer service.

I found the web interface easy to use and the print proof service was nice to have to determine file brightness levels. The custom size option is also great. Processing and shipping were fast. The print turned out well and appears to be made of quality materials. Screen brightness and print brightness are 2 different things. I edit in a darkened room and increase monitor brightness. Also, increased exposure slightly and the resulting print looks good in normal room light. Will be back for the next canvas print 👍🏼

First time order with Canvasprints.com and very satisfied. I was tagged with last minute project, involving digital pictures and computers. Cheryl was super helpful as we experienced computer problems along with my inexperience. Dennis was aware of my order and able to assist when Cheryl not there. Drew in graphics helped with uploading the .pdf they were able to use. Shipping was next day as I chose expedited option, and finished products arrived 3 days later. Picture hoodies were huge surprise and success at party! Thank You

This was my first time ordering with CanvasPrints. Loved the final result!! The colors are vibrant and everything looks beautiful. I had a small canvas printed as well as a large canvas (36"x45") printed with a white floating frame. Corners are well wrapped and the frame is really thick and looks expensive. What I was most impressed with was their customer service. Dennis was exceptional at following up when I had to place the order on hold for a time while I checked on a few things. He was patient and great at following up and follow-through.

Shipping was expensive, but when I saw the box it arrived in, I could see why, with my oversized print.

I would definitely order from them again! Worth every penny!

Really pleased with the 18"x 24" print I ordered, looking forward to ordering more! Easy to place an online order, customer service was quick to respond and the online proof & shipping notifications were accurate. Our order was also securely packaged & shrink wrapped inside the box. I recommend getting a digital proof to ensure your image uploaded properly. A photo filter was accidentally added to the full image during production, but they were great about quickly sending an updated proof. Really happy with the results! Thank you for providing such a great shopping experience.

I received my print and one of the Canvas's had an issue. I emailed Canvasprints and Dennis promptly responded and reprinted my canvas. The new print was perfect. Class act! I would definitely use Canvasprints again.

The canvas print came back darker than the image that I had sent in. I e-mailed Dennis and he had me send him a copy of what I got vs. what I had sent in. He reprinted the canvas without any hesitation. I'll be using Canvasprints from now on. Great customer service! Thanks Dennis!
