Nice quality and had the odd size I needed, but were very pricy

Thank you for adjusting my delivery information after I had called, I was glad to see everything arrived appropriately after I had to change delivery details.

I received what I ordered. It was good quality and the canvas was tight on the frame. It came wrapped in paper and in a very sturdy box (that I can re-use).

You did well on this order but I have been waiting since February for a refund on my previous order which I cancelled immediately, spoke with a representative and was promised a refund.

I ordered two very large canvases (3.5 x 5') and they came very efficiently and carefully packaged. I received notifications about shipping along the way as well. Very happy with my purchase.

We were not informed of delivery. We found the crate thrown in our driveway. It was destroyed and canvas was exposed. One canvas bar was broken. We had it replaced. UPS really dropped the ball

Very prompt. Good deal with 2 for 1. Shipping was well done. Priming of canvas was very thin. Too thin. Canvas seems too loose on frame. Possibly due to travel in hot climate?

I received my stretched canvases quickly and was able to get to work immediately. My only criticism is that I wish that that there were not loops installed (on the presumed top of each piece). I had to remove those before I could start to work.

Only fault was that the 2 12x16" canvases where slightly off measure so they didn't fit my floater frames. It's okay as they are of most excellent quality and don't require being floater framed at all. So I have ordered 2 12x 16" canvases from another company to be able to use my floaters. It's all good!

Good canvases - for sure - but BEST packaging of anything - ever.

Great professional quality canvases. I typically stretch my own canvases (have been for 30+ years) because I’m not thrilled with the quality of pre-stretched canvases I’ve seen even in reputable art supply stores. These were tight, straight, square and true with heavy duty stretcher bars and corner blocking and fine heavy canvas. Primed and ready for paint right out of the crate. Even the crating lumber was straight-grained clear lumber that I can reuse if I ever need to stretch my own canvases again.

Fast and reliable service on custom size panel, well packaged. Arrived in good shape.

Just thought the canvas itself at a very large size should have been a little more taut w more secure cross bracing.
