These were the worst cradled wood panels I've ever seen. I would have returned them if I had time to get new ones before my deadline. There were nail holes poorly filled with putty all along the top surface and on all the sides with nails sticking out and sanded down. I covered the panel with another piece of birch panel to make it usable. Packaging was great- panels were shipped in a custom wood box with cardboard sides.

The canvas for my commission arrived a few days ago. It was boxed securely and I love the feel of the canvas.

The panels are great and just what I was looking for. I was also SUPER impressed with the packaging they came in - I will definitely be able to reuse it when I transport the completed artwork. Although there was a bit of a communication glitch in terms of when the panels would ship, customer service followed up quickly. And I received the panel shortly thereafter.

The company gave me exactly what I wanted to the exact dimensions. They shipped all my panels in a very sturdy reusable box which I will be using to transport the final paintings to the collector. It arrived in a timely manner with enough time for me to finish other projects while the panels were being built and shipped. They saved me a ton of time from having to build the panels myself and my collector is also very happy with the end result and quality of the product. Will hands down be using this company again and pricing them into my proposals moving forward.

I like the heavy duty box it shipped in although there was a little bit roughage on one of the corners, probably from travel, canvases were perfectly fine. The 2 for 1 deal when first ordering was nice. Would order again.
