The Printing was too dark and the sides of the blocks weren't properly glued together. They we damaged and poorly painted.

They consistently cut off top and bottom of the image. What you set up on the screen isn't what you get. Be aware of that. Appalling quality for black and white images. unusable. They can't seem to work out how to press a different setting on the printer. They're trying to print (repeatedly when it was pointed out) on the colour setting. makes for a terrible image. The staff I dealt with were extremely condescending. They are given standard lines to say, completely irrelevant, never appologising, but always making it the customers fault. I'm a photographer, I know how to take a photo, and use a computer. It's not the fault of the image, or the user. I've given them repeated chances, in case it was a one off time, each time (3 times), the same problem. The one saving grace - I was given my money back. This was great! Thank you!

Black and white photos are a waste of time. It was a very good quality image that I use professionally, but thought I'd try a "normal" photography company. It was a waste of my money, just came out shades of black, nothing in-between. The background Normy comes out white, this one came out grey! The block itself looks great, which is why there's some stars.
