Popped into the shop without an appointment because my laptop had stopped charging. Diagnosed needed a new battery. Ordered part for me, kept in touch with the order, let me know when it had arrived. Slight problem when picked it up but this was resolved so quickly and dropped to my house later! Amazing service, very happy, would recommend to anyone :)

Quick, efficient and friendly.I left my Mac on Saturday to be repaired, all done in a couple of days, over a Bank Holiday weekend.
Would highly recommend this company.

Had to call on to Canny Clever IT when my work computer had a catastrophic failure.
Ken looked after me personally and may I add after hours and put in some late shifts to keep my business up and running.

Canny Clever have done it again - Ken and his team have just delivered our second PC ordered in the lockdown - The service has been First Class in every way. The bonus has been that they were able to download everything from my old PC onto the new one and everything looks just as it did before the change - except that I now have a VERY fast and efficient system on which to process my Photographs.
I would have no hesitation in recomending this company the anyone .

The mark of great customer service isn't how a company deals with you when things go as planned, but more what happens when things go wrong.
I ordered an Arctic Freezer II 240 and was hit by a combination of email systems issues and supplier issues. My queries about what was going on were handled in a friendly and professional manner and I was kept informed of updates all along the way.
Anyway, my order has now turned up which is great but I'm very impressed with the levels of customer care. Well done. Will definitely recommend.

I had a few problems and it took a while to sort them out. I was given a temporary computer to use with all my information downloaded onto it. I wasn't without a computer for more than a few hours.

And in all seriousness, Ken and his team offered sound, honest advice on the usability of an old laptop and how to upgrade a it. “No, you don’t need to buy a new one, yes spend a bit and it’ll do, but spend a little bit more and it’ll give you a good few years yet”. Quick turnaround, incredibly competitive labour rates. Highly recommended.

Great service from Canny Clever. They fixed my laptop keyboard as quickly as they could, at a price I though was reasonable. They were really friendly and kept me updated throughout. I'll definitely use them again when I want a new piece of IT (or something else breaks 😂)

I required a PC to a definite spec.
Ken was able to match all specs, ensure compatibility & build the machine within a week. He also ensured that the PC had been thoroughly tested & "run in" before it was delivered.

Canny Computers also carried out the transfer from the previous machine to the new one, A task I was dreading.

Went out of their way to fix a problem with my daughters Nintendo Switch despite having never fixed one before. Kept me informed of progress and fixed the issue and it now works perfectly. I am extremely happy with the service we received. They went above and beyond and I have and will recommend them to others in the future.

We went to Canny Clever after getting a less than satisfactory reply from the laptop manufacturer Lenovo when the thing refused to boot up and wouldn't accept the password log on in any safe or restricted mode.
I found the explanations and answers about our laptop problem from Canny Clever to be down to earth and understandable, and all the cost options, with advantages and disadvantages of each, explained clearly.

This isn't always the way in tech issues.

The pricing of the work seemed reasonable to me as well, so there wasn't anything not to like and I'd use them again.
