I recently purchased a bottle of the Heavenly Oud scent from this Candles and Oud.
I am getting married next year, and i contacted Candles & Oud to ask if I could purchase some travel size bottles of their Heavenly Oud scent for my bridal party. A member of staff got back to me and advised they would send to me this scent for my bridal party for the wedding as a special gift. They have just arrived and I am over the moon!
This company could not be faulted and I am so appreciative of their very kind gesture. I am so looking forward to my bridal party enjoying this scent as much as I do, and especially on my special day. Thank you so much and again, I am so grateful.

The website has a sale on where you get a second item half price. The second item was not discounted in the basket but the website AI chat tool told me to proceed with next step of checkout and the discount would be applied.. it wasn't and now I have been charged £33.50 more then should have. The customer service is terrible I keep getting a message that someone will respond but it's been 3 days and no one has responded to email WhatsApp or Instagram dm

The perfumes smells but it literally doesn’t last for 5 mins , spended 100 quid and really disappointed.

Absolutely loved this perfume. The oud scent is rich, warm and luxurious without being too overpowering, and it lasts really well throughout the day. It smells incredibly elegant and expensive. The gift packaging was also beautiful and made the whole experience feel really special. I’ve already had compliments wearing it and would definitely buy again

Quick delivery and high quality products (Night in Paris)

I really like the scent profiles—they’re smooth, pleasant, and well-crafted. However, the longevity is very disappointing. I even tried applying it with a bit of Vaseline to help project the fragrance more, but that didn’t make a difference. I’ve also sprayed it multiple times (more than three), and it still fades quickly.

As someone who owns a variety of fragrances and truly values smelling good throughout the day, I’d recommend the brand focus on improving performance. Enhancing projection and longevity would take these scents to a much higher level.

I love these candles, they last for ages (if you’re careful) and the scent fills the room and stays there.
My absolute favourite - Vanilla and Amber - but to be honest haven’t tried any of the others as it’s just so good.
Communication from the company was brilliant and quick delivery. Couldn’t ask for more.

If there was a minus category, I would tick it. The most appalling customer service ever witnessed at the Westfield stall. Sexist, aggressive and demeaning. The product itself is greast - the company needs to employ professionals who know how to communicate politely and respectfully. I sent a formal complaint and got a response that I could get a refund - if I posted the item back or returned the item to the stall I bought it from.

Very pleasant, knowledgeable & professional sales person @ Trafford Centre counter on upper floor of concourse. I didn’t catch his name but he is a very nice guy. Made me aware of current offers & advised me on Oud based perfumes. A credit to the brand.

I purchased 2 perfumes but only one was delivered and that was more than 2 days late . This is the first time I’ve had a problem with this company and I purchased several perfumes for Xmas presents. Hopefully they will rectify this quickly

I had a fantastic experience at Candles and Oud in Stratford Westfield. The quality of the fragrances is genuinely impressive, and you can tell real care goes into every scent.
I purchased Amber Oud Intense, Heavenly Oud, and English Oud, and each one is beautifully crafted with its own distinct character. Amber Oud Intense is rich and powerful, Heavenly Oud is smooth and elegant, and English Oud has a refined, well-balanced scent that feels luxurious without being overpowering.
The fragrances last really well and feel far more premium than many high-street options. If you appreciate high-quality oud and expertly blended scents, Candles and Oud is definitely worth a visit. I’ll absolutely be returning for more.

Got a good deal online for buying 3 items and they all arrived very quickly and perfectly presented. I had a Night in Paris bought for Christmas and it fills the whole house with a gorgeous aroma. I will definitely be buying in future.

Placed an order. Received a torn envelope with a gift box lid and some ribbon inside and no perfumes . Sent an email to the refunds email address given on the website and got an automated "this email address is not monitored" reply. Not at all happy and now have to attempt other means to get a full refund

Well after receiving a lecture on shopping by my sister at Canary Wharf, I was in Westfields going to meet her from her home shopping duties when i was approached by a lady at Candles & Oud, ohh gosh what subtle but effective sales/customer service skills! i was impressed and the packaging was amazing, definitely worth the price, albeit my sister was not impressed but hey ho🎈
