Hi,

I ordered some items on June 1st after talking to one of their managers. Candere contacted me
couple of times to place the order. They gave me a guarantee that I will get my order by June 4, also in their website it's written that they ship the item in 24 hours.

Now after 6 days the item is not even shipped. I contacted the manager a couple of times. I can't trust his words, On june 2nd he told me that your item is ready to ship, then he told me we will give you an update in 10 minutes. Whenever I contacted him, he gave me the same response that he will give me an update in 10 minutes, but now response from him. There is no responsible person in candere. Now he is not picking my phone and customer service is also not giving me an answer.

I paid for the whole order, now in the invoice it's showing the amount remaining to pay.

Review for Candere

I was previously a loyal customer of Kalyan Jewellers, which led me to try Candere by Kalyan for online purchases. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.

For my last order, I chose the DGPR payment option. After making the final payment, there was complete silence for over a month. When I followed up via email, someone from Candere eventually contacted me through WhatsApp. They informed me that the product I had ordered was no longer available and that they only had 14k or rose gold options — the same thing happened with another order as well.

To make matters worse, Candere themselves changed my order without my consent. When I questioned them about this and asked why they waited until the end of the payment plan to inform me, they had no answers. They simply said I could either take the alternative or get my money back. That’s not how customer service should work. Are we customers expected to block our money in such schemes only to be told later that the product doesn’t exist?

I also got a call from someone named Shrikant, who initially assured me I would receive my product. When I told him this would be my last order due to such an experience, his response was basically “Okay, don’t buy from us.” After that, he completely ghosted me. Since then, neither my emails nor calls have been answered.

In my honest opinion, Candere is not a reliable company. They lack professionalism, transparency, and basic customer support. I would not recommend them to anyone — save your time, money, and trust by going with a more reputable jeweller.

Ordered, but no response for 2 weeks. Then said 'We don't have that piece, pay extra for a different one'. I paid and waited 12 more days with no response and follow up. Finally when delivered, it had 0.05Ct or diamond weight instead of 0.09 mentioned & paid. Then I had to contact & get a refund. Pathetic and near to scam company from Kalyan Jewellers. 

I wrote this review in their website, and they do not show it. They show only 5 star reviews, crooked and unprofessional company.

One of the worst site and service I ever saw in my life till date, fake and all false statements, they never deliver the peoduct, they say it's shipped from there warehouse and it is with courier partner, and there courier parter which is BVC logistics never responds nor deliver the product, when we reach out to candere support team they say it's with courier partner and dont have any info of delivery agent number nor info.. Plz be very careful of this site they are fake..

Very rude and kept changing my delivery date.

They keep on delaying the order and make excuses this is my first and last purchase with them… I am a regular customer of Kalyan jewellers so I thought to give it a try but they are not trustworthy at all when it comes to fulfill the order I had placed an order on 4th may expected delivery date was 20th then I was asked to wait till 25th and was told that they have expedited the process, now again on 26th they want more time that’s ridiculous… not at all trustworthy
