Honestly, avoid this place if you care about your safety or your wallet. I bought a brand new winter tire that was dangerous right out of the box.

My mechanic mounted it on the rim, and before it even got to 20 PSI, the sidewall started bubbling. The internal structure was so delaminated that my mechanic could almost poke his finger through it. We took it off immediately—the tire never even touched the ground, let alone my car.

I sent CanadaWheels video proof and photos showing the factory sticker and paint lines were still perfectly intact on the tread (0km driven). They denied the claim twice, stating the damage was from "heat and friction from driving flat." They completely ignored that the tire was never bolted to the car. Even worse, they actually accused me of peeling the sticker off a used tire and gluing it back on to fake the claim.

To top it all off, after denying the refund for a clearly defective product, they had the nerve to offer me a "10% off coupon" for my next purchase as a goodwill gesture.

I am currently out the cost of the tire plus $180 in wasted shop labor. I still have the brand new, defective tire sitting in my garage with zero treadwear, and a certified mechanic as a witness, but they refuse to do the right thing. I’m now forcing a chargeback through my bank. Do not trust them.

I ordered 4 rims and an installation kit from CanadaWheels. I never got any shipping notice or tracking number, only the invoice. When I finally asked about my order, I discovered the shipment was missing my apartment number and was stuck at Purolator’s warehouse. I had to drive far to pick it up myself just to make my garage appointment. Then I found out the installation kit wasn’t included — CanadaWheels had forgotten to give me the second tracking number, which also had the same address issue and got stuck in another city. I had to cancel my appointment and now have to wait weeks for a new one. The products look fine, but the service was extremely poor. Won’t order here again.

False product descriptions, help line gave wrong information, dismissive phone support. Prices not better than others. Delivery notices inaccurate.

I spent hours trying to find the right package that was in our price range and ordered a set of rims/tires and another set of tires for my truck, everything was gauranteed fitment for our vehicles specifically. The next day I was sent an email informing me that the 17" rims/tires weren't even available for my vehicle in that size category. They gave me more expensive options but no more information than that. I looked up the options that gave me and was shown that they weren't compatible, so that was confusing. I called their "customer service" and was told to pay up or cancel

I purchased a set of wheels from Canada Wheels in May 2025 for over $1,700, expecting quality and durability. Within just two weeks, the wheels began peeling and deteriorating despite careful use and proper installation.

When I contacted Canada Wheels, they refused to stand by the warranty, blaming “abuse” without any real investigation. It took weeks of back-and-forth just to hear that the manufacturer would only replace them as a "gesture of goodwill"—not because of a known defect.

Even worse, they were slow to communicate and tried to guilt me over filing a chargeback with my credit card company—something I had every right to do after being sold a defective product and getting the runaround.

Avoid this company unless you’re ready to fight for your rights. Shiny advertising doesn't make up for cheap quality and poor customer care.

Surprisingly quick 2 day turnaround

I recently order all brakes and calipers for my chrysler 300. Parts came from quebec via purolator in 2 days. They were so fast I actually got the package before the confirmation email arrived. I have no idea why parts avatar wont price match, or why parts pioneer sucks and takes 1 week to not deliver from toronto to niagara for the same parts, but I made the right choice to buy from canadawheels instead. Thanks to their competitive prices I saved over $400 in parts costs alone.

No easy way to write reviews on the webiste directly, so don't let the high reviews on website fool you.

Ridiculously slow shipping. Ordered 4 wheels 2 weeks ago, since they were marginally cheaper than in store options. 2 weeks later, still not shipped. I called multiple times in those 2 weeks, and was always told "it'd ship soon" or "will ship by this day". Sure enough, that day rolls around, and nothing.

At least they picked up my calls, but the phone operators also knew nothing about what was going on. Ended up calling to cancel, and they at least honored the full refund and cancellation, no questions asked.

Ended up going to KalTire for the same tires, got them next day. No hassle.

Can't imagine why it would take so long for them to get tires. Don't order from these guys unless you have a month to spare to wait for your order.

The price was good, easy to order online and received it quickly. The parts fit was perfect.

i ordered wheels for my fiance, but they never delivered it.. so hard to get ahold with their people..

Ordered tires 3 weeks ago and after contacting them twice they still can’t tell me why they are now shipped

I have a slightly damaged XD rim on my Toyota Tundra so tried to order a replacement from Canadawheels. Sorry, out off stock but register with us and we'll let you know when it's available .... I waited months and heard nothing. I contacted them again and same story, still out of stock. However if I paid a premium (+/- $150) they could ship one in from the U.S.
I checked on Amazon and bingo, rim was available, free delivery with Prime and I received it in 3 days!

Terrible customer support - I don't often write reviews but this company deserved one.

Ordered a set of wheels and tires for the winter and after ordering was told the wheels were out of stock and was up-sold to a more expensive wheel. Company was unwilling to offer any discount or price match to the other wheels. Upon asking to speak to management they just canceled my order and did not reply.

Will not be ordering from this company again and will ensure I tell others about the poor service you get.

Bought a tires from canada wheels when I bought it they said we have a price guarantee after couple weeks the price of same tire goes down first they said we will review it and then they said we won’t do price match didn’t like after sale service beware first of all it’s so expensive and then it’s a hard earned money not good for honest customers

I am completely satisfied with the purchase of the tires and fast shipping.

BEWARE! Don’t fall into a trap. They will send you the wrong parts(intentionally). All my transactions was a nightmare! Wrong item delivered, no refund and ordered a replacement then out of stock and now shipping is 2 months.

bought 4 rims my sales sheet said guaranteed fit , sure for the back wheels but the front did not fit, not even close, no offset.

Put order in over two weeks ago for winter wheels tires and TPMS ETC the full package deal.. spoke with customer service advised in stock and ordered …. Followed up told they would be shipped last week and today I’m told wheels not in stock ..have emailed and awaiting response from supervisor …. I’ll update once I see if they look after customers …. Let’s wait and see ….

Called and spoke with customer Representative … they stepped up to the plate took care of my concerns and have expedited my order …. Right now I’m 100% satisfied they are genuinely trying to make things right …. I will update again after I receive the order and close this file

UPDATE 1st Nov 2021

Just had my new wheels and tires installed. Everything went perfectly….absolutely no problems. So my update is although we got off to a bad start the company really stepped up to the plate and took care of me and put a rush on my order. I must say although we are sometimes quick to complain it’s not often we follow up with good comments and too many bad reviews are left not updated

I would say this company acted professionally and dealt with my concerns as soon as they were made aware of them and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to purchase wheels or tires. 👍

They had what I wanted in stock, The price was the best I could find anywhere. Shipping could be faster but still 5 star service. Tires made in Japan, I am happy. I recommend this place if you can install yourself or have a place to do so.

Avoid this site. I ordered a set of alloy wheels, tires and TPMS for more than $1900 and it was stated that everything would be mounted and balanced and that the package would be ready to install. Well, they sent me the parts one by one. I had to wait 3 days to assemble my order and then I had to mount the tires and balance them my self losing an extra $150 from my wallet. I called the customer service and they said that they don't mount tires unless specifically asked to, that's not what the site points to. Avoid at any cost, go to pmc tires, their a bit costly but at least they're honest.

Completely non-existent after-sales service, if you don't want problem, good advice avoid this site!
