Mon expérience avec Canada Immigration Express – points positifs et limites
J’ai utilisé Canada Immigration Express pour obtenir de l’aide dans mon projet d’immigration au Canada. L’inscription sur leur site était simple et le service client a répondu rapidement à mes messages, souvent en moins de 24 h d’après ce que j’ai pu voir sur la plateforme d’avis en ligne.
Réactivité du service client – l’entreprise répond souvent aux avis négatifs et questions de clients.
Ce que j’aime
• Facilité du site web – plusieurs utilisateurs trouvent le site facile à naviguer et l’interface conviviale.
• Support multilingue – information et assistance disponibles en plusieurs langues selon certains retours.
Ce que j’ai moins aimé / ce qui pourrait être amélioré
• Fiabilité variable selon les utilisateurs – certains clients ont rapporté une mauvaise expérience ou des pertes d’argent, ce qui soulève des inquiétudes quant à la transparence du service. 
• Absence d’affiliation officielle – le site n’est pas lié au gouvernement du Canada ni à l’organisme canadien d’immigration (CIC) et précise qu’il ne s’agit pas de conseils professionnels ou juridiques.
