Good quality awning, struggled to erect but got there in the end. No instructions and website difficult in finding a video to help. Love my new awning. Also good aftercare as I emailed them and they responded very quickly

After putting this awning up for the 4th season we have noticed that the white trim above the windows and around the panels is disintegrating and all falling off. It’s not the most expensive seasonal but for £1000 I expected it to last longer than 3 years, the rest of the awning is fine no complaints.

We purchased the camptech duke seasonal Air awning. It had a faulty main air tube which took then 6 weeks to send a replacement. One of the storm strap fixings broke away but they are not accepting the fact it is a design fault.
Thanks for your reply yes we purchase the awning towards the end of the season. However this was not used until may 2025. In my opinion a storm strap should hold during storms. Invite that some of your awnings that are not seasonal hsve different storm strap fittings..... Why are they different hsve you now found that the ones on your seasonal awnings are faulty. I redused to take the awning as I believe the storm straps fitted are not fit for purpose no one has mentioned any repair to me. If so why has it not been reoaired? Your comments would be appreciated.

Really good product for the price. Excellent value. Finding metal poles a little difficult but have ordered carbon fibre poles. Awaiting delivery.

Very impressed with the quality and price of the Atlantis DL awning we have recently purchased from Preston Caravans. We have had a few awnings from other suppliers but rate this as one of the best.

Love my new Count DL awning, however customer service is slow in responding to emails. I had a query about installing the awning and it still hasn’t been responded to.

Gill at Prestons has been really helpful in guiding us to the correct Camptech awning for seasonal use and ensured we had original Camptech accessories to ensure it was safe and secure. Really happy with the Count DL

Brought a brand new camptech awaning just over a year ago and the eyelets on front veranda have come off only having been used 3 times. Can't contact were we brought it from as they have gone bust. So contacted camptech and they have said tuff luck we don't want to now. You didn't buy off us so you are on your own. I will never buy another awaning from camptech as costumer sevice is no existent.

I have purchased a few Camptech awnings and accessories. I have always been satisfied with their products and service that I have received from them. I would recommend Camptech to anyone looking for an awning or accessories

Purchased a Camptech Atlantis DL awning. Price and service was good at Preston Caravans and Motorhomes. Displayed awning seems good quality. Haven't had chance to erect it yet on our seasonal pitch, but we will see how well it all goes.

Camptech Buckingham DL All Season awning. Wow what space this provides. This our first season with this particular awning and it’s providing to be a big hit with our family.
With the Bedroom extension and extra bedroom, we can sleep extra people and still have loads of space in the awning

Great purchase from Preston caravan and motorhomes, fantastic friendly staff from start to finish, purchased camptech dl and I absolutely love it, perfect size for us as we are sited, love the extra added outside blinds perfect touch

Just invested in a new Buckingham awning for our sited caravan, quality and price is second to none, one small problem (a small clip had broke in transit) was rectified immediately.

Erected our new Atlantis DL seasonal awning for the first time yesterday, despite being heavy, as all seasonal awnings are, it was a simple and speedy process made easy by the hinged corner pieces which makes putting the frame together far less traumatic and more forgiving than the fixed angle corner pieces on our previous awning. The awning went up well on a pitch which slopes upwards slightly to the front of the awning but looks firm and tight. It was easy to adjust to make allowances for the uneven site.
We, of course had high winds and heavy rain last night (welcome to North Wales) and the awning stood up to it extremely well with no undue noise, and despite being new the seams were totally watertight straight from the off. One small concern is the lack of a horizontal section on the draft skirt which only just touches the floor and does flap about in the wind despite being pegged. It would be greatly improved by having a section to tuck under the carpet as the main awning does. This however is a very small concern given the quality and extremely good value of the Atlantis DL. The awning is made of good quality materials and looks great.
We are very satisfied with our purchase.

Ordered Kensington Touring Full Air Awning from the brochure at Cannock Caravan Accessories as the awning was not on display or in stock. Our first air awning to make life easier in our young at heart 70s years On collection, box was damaged, had been opened or burst open and retaped and the damage was hidden from view on the floor and when loaded into van. Opened and checked contents in garden on ground sheet. There was no contents list to check off, no instructions on how to use/inflate, no links to online instruction videos. Had to cross reference with brochure from Cannock Caravan Accessories as a guide. Not used yet, will be using soon and will review the process and condition when awning is up. At this price you would think that there would at least be a contents check if list and inflation instructions enclosed in a well packaged product.

Recently purchased the Atlantis DL. Great product, good quality for a great price!

Purchased a Duke DL Air Awning beginning of May from Attwools Outdoors and erected yesterday without any issues so far on my Buccaneer 2008 caravan.

Very pleased with my purchase, the awning looks very smart and robust. My only quibble would be a lack of instructions for the correct erection, I had to go and view several videos on Youtube to work out the correct procedure to ensure a good fit with the side of the caravan.

One issue encountered was that the caravan was relatively low in relation to the height of the awning.

It became apparent that once the awning was slid into place along the awning rail and the initial corner pegs put in, and the awning was inflated, there was a large gap towards the ground between awning and caravan. Once the caravan was raised a further 30 mm this allowed the gap to narrow and fit snugly against the side of the caravan.

None of this is a fault with the awning but a written set of instructions with advice on preparations prior to installation would have been useful to an inexperienced caravanner such as my self. There were links included by the vendor Attwools with their invoice referring to Youtube videos but these referenced other models.

Excellent awning very good quality and a good size,but unfortunately pole 16 which was in our box( but not shown on the pole assembly form) was listed as pole 13 on the pole assembly form so led to a bit of confusion when erecting the awning,

Bought my 3rd Atlantis DL awning for my seasonal tourer,both my previous Atlantis DL awnings did 5 full seasons on a very exposed pitch with only minor wear and tear repairs carried out by a local company, would recommend the Atlantis DL ,it comes with easy to follow instructions and labelling on poles, they are well made,strong,good quality and will last a long time,our previous ones were always packed away clean and dry at end of season.Only recommendation I would suggest is the use of 8 plastic spring loaded grip clips on front canopy at ends of pole tubes to prevent wind lifting canopy and putting strain on velcro pole tubes .Always used ours with clips and 4 camp tech storm straps and tech line front storm strap, excellent product at a good price.

Decided we wanted to upsize to a bigger porch awning and also move from an air to a poled awning.

Had 2 or 3 possible options but I decided to go and have a look at the Scottish Caravan show to see the actual products.

After looking at the Camptech range I was quite disappointed by the other options I had been considering. The Camptech looked much better and the quality of the material also looked and felt better than the other options.

We decided to by the Camptech Count DL along with a set of storm straps as this is about 50% bigger than our current awning. The Duke DL, while a porch awning, also has the heavier material usually reserved for full seasonal awnings.

We have practised putting the awning up at home before we head off on any trip. It was a bit awkward but that was due to us not having used a poled awning before.

Once I had got advice from the dealer it was easy and straightforward to put the poles together and each of these is marked so you can identify which goes where.

When we put it all together my wife came out to inspect it and immediately commented how it looked to be of much better quality and also felt far superior to our old one.

We are very happy with the product and look forward to being able to enjoy it in many caravans adventures this and in future years as we feel the quality will give us many years use.

I would not hesitate to recommend this Camptech product to anyone looking for a reasonable sized porch awning.
