I am extremely disappointed with the quality of your communication with international students. The level of email handling and ignoring emails is absolutely unacceptable. As a specialist who helps students enroll in European universities every year and is a potential partner of Italian universities, I form my opinion about you based on this experience. Initially, I planned not only to live in Camplus for two years, but also to actively recommend your residences to my clients when they ask for advice on choosing a place for a long-term stay.Unfortunately, due to the negligence of the staff responsible for correspondence, I cannot recommend you. This attitude to work leads to the loss of many potential clients from all over Europe and seriously harms your reputation.Please provide me with the contacts of your management or forward this letter to them. I intend to file an official complaint about the quality of service!

Veramente una società poco seria. Li avevamo scelti perchè ci garantivano assistenza 24h/24. Ma quando mio figlio ha avuto di bisogno non ci sono mai stati . Basti pensare che una notte mio figlio è rimasto a vagare per le strade di Roma perchè nonostante avesse comunicato di averle dimenticate a Catania nessino era disponibile per aprire. Inoltre mio figlio e gli altri inquilini hanno vissuto per un lungo periodo in una casa inagibile con infiltrazione e calcinacci che cadevano giù dal tetto. Più volte hanno sottratto soldi dal nostro conto corrente senza avvisare sulle motivazioni. Ci hanno fatto fare la voltura della luce a nostro carico e poco dopo hanno cambiato le modalità di pagamento della luce. Insomma un vero disastro una disorganizzazione incredibile. Non consiglierei mai a nessuno questi alloggi.

I was living in one of their apartments in Bologna. After I checked out, they were responsible for closing the utility contracts, but they delayed this process for around four months. During that time, the bills were automatically deducted from my bank account. Even after I requested a refund a month ago, they keep postponing the repayment to “the next few days.” Because of their irresponsible delay in closing the contracts, I had to pay extra utility bills, which is a significant amount for a student. I’m really disappointed with this company.

I had horrible experience with this company. After filling out a request, it took them more than two weeks to write me an email and by the time they sent a response to it, they told me the request was wrong and I am late to get accomodation at this point. After filling the new request, the email sent to me was identical to the original "wrong" request. When I pointed this out, they did not care in the slightest.
Their communication is very poor and based on my experience, I don't know if I would trust them with my money and documents.

Terribile organizzazione che ti ruba l'identità prendendosi i tuoi documenti ma non ti da alcun genere di stanza. E' accaduto ogni volta che ho provato a prenotare. Prima a Firenze. Poi a Torino, dove dopo 2 mesi di comunicazioni il cosiddetto junior manager Ferrarese fa finta di nulla, come se perdesse la memoria quando inizia un nuovo giorno, facendo finta perfino di non sapere chi io sia e improvvisando messaggi addirittura in un inglese da ridere, forse per insultarmi con il razzismo. E' evidente che mi sta prendendo in giro, questo individuo che chissà perché ricopre quel ruolo.
In definitiva: un'organizzazione da evitare, dove non si può contare. Poveri ospiti e poveri studenti.
