I called to ask when the product would be shipped and if it was on hand! I was told yes it was on hand and would be shipped out the same day! Well, it still hasn’t shown shipped and will be day 3 tomorrow! Very disappointed as I needed the product and could have ordered & got elsewhere!

Happy to find the product I wanted at a reasonable price. When I ordered, I was given a discount on my next order! So I decided to then add an additional product. I do find it unusual that the 2nd (identical) product, which was ordered one minute later, was shipped 6 days after the first one. One arrived in a box, and the other in a padded envelope. All product was in good condition, both took approx. the same amount of time to arrive once shipped. Just curious about the separate shipping...
