Reassuring experts. From start to finish they explained every aspect of my Hypervolt installation really clearly and gave me excellent advice. A prompt site visit led to a comprehensive quotation (at this point I had already wasted several frustrating days dealing with other firms, including the one actually recommended by the manufacturers - no good, despite their claimed 100% success rate - as well as being too slow their quote was neither convincing nor competitive).
The installation itself went like clockwork and Sean took a lot of care to do a good job, ensured I was happy with every aspect, and left no mess at all.

If you are thinking of getting an EV point installed, my advice is find a local firm who will do a proper survey (instead of luring you in with a 'standard installation' price and then demand lots of details before adding mysterious extras to inflate the bill, without ever setting foot on site) and go on to do work to a very high standard. I would unhesitatingly recommend Cambridge Evpoint as exactly that.

Started off very well with Duncan coming around to survey the installation which I appreciated. Paying the deposit was slightly more complicated than it should have been but I think this was mostly due to staff holiday. The actual installation happened very quickly and we are pleased with the result.

Duncan installed my first EV charge point 4 yrs ago and I went straight back to him when we moved house. Great, friendly and straightforward service - also responsive and professional. Very good tidy installation done by Sean. thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent above & beyond service. Duncan came to do a detailed survey even after I had filled in the online one with photos & sketches. We had a complicated installation as our consumer unit was in a cellar and it was not easy to get the cable out to the back of our house to our chosen charger location. He was able to evaluate all the options & offer the best one for us. He was the only one to explore going under our floorboards to minimise the cabling on the outside of the house. On installation day Tom visited & did a fantastic job. Excellent work and really professional installation. He worked with us throughout explaining and agreeing options to find the best end result. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Quote was competitive but not the cheapest but I know that the cheapest would have been a much worse job for just a bit less money.

The installation was not a run-of-the-mill fitting of an EV charger. It involved a listed building, a protected building and a run of 25m of buried, armoured cabling.
The survey, installation and testing were all first class and the finished job is of the highest quality.
Particular thanks to Tom and Ed who did the installation work. They turned up exactly on time and always left the site tidy and safe, were totally professional and always considerate.

Duncan come round done a survey and told me what had to be done and installed, which I was panicking as I thought my install would be a bit awkward as living in a park home. Once I got my quote and agreed the date of install all was a breeze, for once I had a job done and didn't have to keep checking the work to see if it was done to my liking. The installer was a nice chap and set up my phone app and all the other bits and bobs.
