Absolutely the worst experience…

Absolutely the worst experience imaginable. We signed up for a demo with CTM, and right from the start it felt like a complete bait‑and‑switch. They forced us to buy $50 of credit just to access phone numbers, and to make things worse, their platform doesn’t even let you remove your saved card details.
The entire trial period was a disaster. We ran into constant technical issues trying to integrate with Google Ads and our website, and their so‑called “support team” was completely useless,none of the problems were ever resolved. The trial provided zero value.
Then, without any consultation, without even checking whether we were satisfied or wanted to continue, they hit us with a subscription charge. When we reached out, the salesperson flat-out refused to refund the subscription or any of the other charges.
At this point, the whole thing feels like a shady money‑grab operation disguised as a legitimate service. Utterly unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. I would strongly warn anyone against dealing with this company.

We understand how frustrating the experience felt and hopefully we can discuss further to try and retain your business. During the trial, our team was actively working to provision phone numbers, and we did attempt to follow up when additional requests were pending. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to reconnect after that point. That said, we’re absolutely open to revisiting this and seeing if there’s a way to make things right. We’d welcome a conversation with your account manager to review what happened and discuss next steps.

One of the best podcast guest appearances I’ve ever had!

I was a guest speaker on the Smart Route podcast. What can I say? I loved it from the very first second to the very last one!

Andrew did a phenomenal job preparing hyper-personalized questions and guiding the conversation in such a friendly and engaging way that it felt like we’d known each other for ages. I truly believe making guests feel comfortable is a superpower because that’s exactly how you help them switch into sharing mode and genuinely enjoy the conversation.

From user to content collaboration - Great company!

I was a user of CTM many years at an SEO agency and it was quite the powerful at the time. Recently, I had the opportunity to connect with their leadership at a conference and wanted to share my experience. Their team is awesome people and the latest features added to their platform are impressive to see! It was already a good platform in 2018 and now, it's just becoming a powerhouse platform. I appreciate the team for their collaboration in content and more projects to come together!

Great company and product

I've got nothing but good things to say about my experience working with CallTrackingMetrics.

They are very easy to work with and extremely responsive. They are customer-centric and respond quickly to customer issues, and are always looking to bring the product to the cutting edge.

Unlike a lot of companies, the senior leaders are very involved.

Transformative Technical Support

We were having issues with our ability to receive calls and contacted the CTM technical support team. WIthin minutes, they were able to identify a change we made in our account and how to correct it. Within 5 minutes of reaching out, we were back in service. Kudos to a wonderful team!

Fantastic podcast

CTM is fantastic.

Call Tracking Metrics is my platform of choice for both attribution and VOIP. I've used the platform for 8 years at this point and the functionality, consistency, and support are top notch.

A brilliant company with people who genuinely care

I had the pleasure of joining Andrew on the Smart Route Podcast. I absolutely love CTM

I absolutely love CTM. We are able to do any sort of sophisticated offline conversion tracking we can think of. We also are able to build out custom fields and use it as a pseudo CRM for clients not using one, or direct integrations with all the major CRMs. 10/10

Support is not responsive

I've been a customer of Call Tracking Metrics for nearly a year. Initially the experience was great. Onboarding incredibly helpful.
Recently we had an issue with attribution on a new form. I've been communicating with support for 2 weeks and am no closer to having the issue resolved. I respond timely to each request for more information from support. They reply only once a day. Also, they do not allow support to have video calls, which would likely resolve this issue very quickly. This was finally resolved on May 7th, which took 3 weeks.
