This company doesn’t deserve any stars. I tried to cancel my order 24 hours after I placed it and they’ve been giving me the runaround. Two days later as I continue to try to get an answer they are no longer responding to my email. Can’t call them because the don’t provide a number to call for customer support. Total SCAM. People, read reviews before purchasing anything online. Lesson learned. And to use our faith to lure us in. Shameful!

Material is thick, shiny and cheap. Not what the picture looked like.

I can understand that it takes a long while to receive the products. They arrived neatly wrapped and in good quality. I was informed step by step of the transit.

It's a good looking shirt. Shipped from Ireland, which was unexpected (no mention of country of origin) but not really an issue, other than a few extra days of shipping time. It arrived within a reasonable timeframe. Ordered a 2x shirt but seems a little small and the shirt tail a bit short for normal USA men's sizing expectations. Not serious issues but something I can adjust for before ordering again, which I probably will do at some point.

Ordered 03/14 and it’s 05/13 and still no package.
Reached out to them, and they told us to retrieve some number from off the package; by which we responded, “There is no package!”

They then proceeded to tell us to make sure that no one in our family has taken the delivery, or that perhaps it’s in the mailbox or was left next to the garage,
or that the courier may have delivered it to the wrong address, etc. etc.
They even told us to reach out to the courier ourselves!
How are we supposed to know who the courier is? They certainly do not provide that information in their tracking system!

We told them that none of those scenarios apply and that we would like to proceed with obtaining a refund.
They’re giving us the runaround.
Scammers. Unfortunately, that’s the world we live in.
And to use God as a way to bait people into purchasing merch that you never intend to provide is diabolical.

Do not buy anything from this company total scam.. NEVER received what I ordered… spent $55…SCAM SCAM SCAM

Pros -
- I received my order within a few weeks.
- It was packaged well
- The graphics are beautiful and what I expected
- We receive a lot of compliments on the shirts we bought. I bought a fall-for-Jesus shirt for myself and a pullover with a white sherpa collar for my husband. I’ve washed them a couple of times but haven’t dried them. The color and graphics are holding up well so far.
- they are comfortable
- lightweight and not too hot

Con’s -
- My husband’s sweatshirt isn’t really sweatshirt material. Both of our shirts are made with the same thin, ribbed material. I was disappointed by this, but they are comfortable to wear. An undershirt is required for both of our shirts.
- The material seems cheap, considering I paid the price I would pay for something of better quality.
- I didn’t receive any tracking info for my order, and when I attempted to look it up by order number, the company said the order couldn’t be found.
- I emailed the company, but didn’t receive any responses until after I received my order. It’s good that they responded, but it was about two weeks or more after I emailed them.

After we got over the initial reactions of what we received versus our expectations, we really enjoyed our shirts. The company could improve its customer service and tracking information, and be more honest about the materials in its clothing, but aside from that, my experience was pretty decent.

I had to pick one star to write a review but this company doesn't deserve one star. DO NOT buy anything from this company the quality is horrible and customer service is non existent once you tell them you want a refund. Absolutely heart breaking that there are actually people using someone's Faith as a way to scam them.

I never got my package and customer support wasn’t any help.

Didn't receive order in full super expensive after shipping couldn't cancle order only got one poor quality shirt not like picture on facebook at all. BIG MISTAKE.

Do not order from this company!!! I ordered ( sweatshirts for the women in my family and the shirts are garbage!!! Horrible cheap fabric, the incorrect color. I spent $80 on these shirts and sent them back for a refund. The company took my money and returned the shirts without a refund! Do not be fooled!!! This company is a total scam!!!!

I gave 1 star because zero wasn’t an option. Ordered a $44 shirt and received garbage. Definitely misrepresented and false advertising. When I called they offered me $3 back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They seem to be changing their name on social media to scam more people. They have several different names…buyer beware!

If I could give zero stars I would! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought what I thought was a beautiful sweater. It was described as a sweater. When it came it was a very cheap rubber like material with a screen print of a sweater on it. I was so disappointed, the pictures look like a real sweater online. Look closely before buying anything from these pop up ads. I tried to return it, they offered me a $3.00 refund. When I refused their offer they offered $6.00. Unbelievable, this company is using God’s good name for profit.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I bought a hoodie that had the thickness of a file folder and the material was cheap. I should've read these reviews first. They offered a $4 refund. I told them to keep it. What a joke this company is. Buyer beware!!!!!

Fraud. Ordered a hat. Got a receipt sent to me for one price, looked in my checking account they took more then the receipt stated. Gave me a tracking number, that is invalid. Company is nothing but thieves.

I ordered 2 shirts and necklace. The shirts online looked really cute, material looked like a nice quality. It took almost a month to get the pkg and when I opened them boy was I disappointed!!! The material is really cheap, looks like the color will probably fade out no matter what in probably the 1st wash. I will never wear them but they have you because returned items have to go back to China and now there will be a tariff attached and you will end up paying more than before!!! This company "Called by Faith" who's Faith...definitely not Faith in Jesus Christ. They want to offer me $5 or $8 and me keep the clothes...what a rip off!!! Never Again!!!

I ordered a patriotic t-shirt for the 4th of July and instead received 2 forks. When I advised calledbyfaith.com that I received a package with no packing slip but tracking number matched my order and incorrect product received, they asked for photos. I sent over the required photos and package shipping label. They asked for photo of packing slip of which there wasn’t one. They insisted they sent the right item and wouldn’t resend correct item and would only offer to refund me $2. Don’t order from this company!!

At the beginning of June, I ordered a T-shirt for the 4th of July. I never received an estimated delivery date, so I contacted them. They sent me a tracking link showing the package bouncing around Italy.

After several weeks with no progress, I asked for a refund. They responded with another tracking link, this time claiming the package was still in China and delayed due to tariffs. When I asked them to clarify—Italy or China—they didn’t respond.

Most recently, I received an update - the tracking now shows the package is back in Italy. I asked for a refund again, but I doubt I’ll ever get my money back.

Do not waste your time. This is a very dishonest company and they have such a poor operation that they can't provide a basic level of service. I ordered 2 shirts. They overcharged my debit card to begin with. They give no indication of delivery time, which I found out later was 4 weeks, shipping from Spain. One shirt had a hole in it and the other was the wrong size. The only remedy they offered was a 25% refund or shipping cost paid by me to a warehouse in China exceeding the cost of the shirts. They then lied to by banking institution on a claim I made and have obviously thought this through to find a loophole the bank can't work around. In essence - SCAM!
