Not happy
I ordered a basket with a white wine and red wine for my son before his deployment, he received 2 days late and just white wine, no red wine and just cheese and crackers, no olives or chocolates it said it came with, $59.95 and total got wrong thing. Not happy and will not use again.

I originally asked for a Saturday…
I originally asked for a Saturday delivery, but found out the recipients would not be home. I called to get an earlier delivery and my order was promptly delivered the next day. My nephew thought it was wonderful!
I also received a refund for the extra charge for a Saturday delivery. Customer Service Rep, Simone, was great!

The employee changed my order to reflect a sympathy / grieving gift basket instead of a celebration style basket. The staff were so accommodating to all of my requests.
