Ordered a blazer & tricked into ordering two thinking the one I ordered was being offered reduced . Emailed them no response. No tracking number despite being ordered two weeks ago. Would happily send them back if I actually got them but going by other reviews on here that will be basically pointless. I’m going to contact trading standards and see if they can do anything. I stupidly didn’t buy on my credit card so I can see this being a learning experience! They are scammers so don’t waste your time or money. Even if the stuff actually turns up they get a zero for customer service!

Completely false advertisement, I ordered a beige suit and a baby pink awful fabric piece of clothing arrived. Tried to request a return and they didn't respond.

This company is a con. Bought 2 items that were advertised as size 8 on the website The size that came was a small, which is generic as this size can do up to a 10, that is no good when you buy a fitted item which it was. I was told the coats needed to have tags on to return, this is there excuse not to refund as they do not put tags on their items in the first place. There is no paperwork for returns with your items so you are at their mercy for arranging returns. The company works in China and that is where everything comes from it is not a British company. I waited from December when I placed my order until Feburary when it was flown here. The items were not in Britain and I have the tracking. They have kept my £89 and do not reply to my emails

Absolute scam. Never received order. No response to emails. AVOID!

I got scammed i ordered 4 shirts received one and made numerous attempts to get the others they won't even reply to me the stole my money.
Don't even think about using this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Pretending to be a UK based company. They are NOT! The jacket I ordered took 4 weeks to arrive and was shipped from China. The WORST quality item I have ever seen in my life, not to mention the fit. I wouldn’t even pay £5 for this piece of tat, nevermind the £40! Not to mention that a refund is only available if you pay the return postage yourself - to CHINA! Avoid this company at all costs!

Disgusting service, no acknowledgement of emails, take your money and don’t deliver. Don’t ever use them

First order was great, came in good time etc. Think the product is very good hence why I went and ordered for the second time about 6 months later in November 2025. Since then I’ve received half my order, no order confirmation and just one response to my five emails chasing the rest of the order or my money back with a response of ‘we’re looking into it’.

Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere, it’s just another one man band clothing company that has clearly got too big to handle orders which is a shame.

Absolutely fine,

I ordered my wife some boots and a roll neck jumper.
My wife really likes them, she says.the boots are really comfy and so is the jumper.
They were ordered on the 16th of December and arrived on the 5th January.
I must say after reading all the negatives reviews I was worried.
The items were 54 quid all told and I think that's about right in terms of quality and value.

This is an appalling company do not buy from them, they should be closed down and have their trade license removed .

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a complete scam. I ordered boots for my daughter on November 22nd. When they hadn't arrived within given delivery time - I waited and then emailed them. No response - so a few days later I emailed again - same zero response. I am angry with myself because I am usually very careful about buying from any shop and do my homework. Today, 20 Dec - I have had to buy boots from elsewhere to ensure they are here for Xmas. I have still not heard - and don't expect to hear - from them. The scum scammer bags will probably be living it up on all that hard scammed money. I will escalate as far as I can to get them blocked and shut.

Don’t order from them. The quality was poor and my item arrived with a mark on it, so I attempted to request a return. They said I had to pay the return postage even though it was faulty, and after that they ignored all my emails.

Scam-esque company with a highly fabricated crafty marketing campaign on social media. Ordered 2 items on the 17th September - the one I have received (which was a long sleeve t-shirt @ £50.00) has started disintegrating ALREADY. The 2nd item still hasn’t arrived and I keep getting fobbed off with excuses whenever I ask for an update and refusing refund. Currently filing a dispute with Visa as not getting anywhere with them.

Terrible company to deal with, very slow delivery, returned goods to exchange for a different size, they did their utmost not to exchange the goods even though I had returned them via recorded delivery. Kept repeating they’d not received my goods until I threatened to give a bad review! Still didn’t stop me though because they’re such an awful company to deal with. Avoid at all costs !

Absolutely awful I got scammed. Quality of the clothes was below temu standards and took over a month to arrive (China to UK im guessing 😂)

Avoid this company at all costs!! A complete scam!! Ordered an item for them - a week later the representative “Charlie” cannot even provide a tracking number!!

Ordered pants in February, still not here. Customer service is useless and can't provide a tracking number. A pair of pants were resent in June with the same issue. The company seems to be a scam.

This company doesn’t even deserve one star it’s been over three months and up to this date I haven got my order you better not order from this company you’ll regret it there’s no telling how the quality of the clothes it’s going to be

Im extremely unsatisfied with this clothing brand and their customer service. It literally took about 2 months for me to receive my items and when i sent all of my items for full refund, its been another 1 month that they haven’t responded and haven’t gave my money back.
