Thank you for providing me with you account information, but after review you have never been a user of our product. Many people get our product mixed up with many apps that use our name. We are Calendar.com. Not Calendars.com or many other products that use the name of our company. We would love to have you as a customer though. To create an account please go to Calendar.com. If you need any help after creating an account please let me know as we will walk you through the setup to ensure you get the most out of our product.

We are a customer-obsessed company, and when someone tells us they couldn’t find help or felt unsupported, we take that seriously.

At this time, we were unable to locate an active Calendar account associated with your information. If you’re not yet a customer, we’d love the opportunity to support you — please feel free to create an account at Calendar.com, and our support team will be happy to assist you.

That said, even for non-users, our resources should be easy to find, and we appreciate you calling out where the experience fell short.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback and I’m genuinely sorry for the experience you’ve had. You’re absolutely right: if your calendar can’t reliably sync with Google or Outlook, the tool becomes impossible to depend on. That’s not the standard we accept for ourselves, and I’m sorry it’s what you encountered.

We also recognize that sporadic or unresponsive customer service only adds to the frustration. You deserve clear, timely communication, especially when something isn’t working as expected.

I also want to share that Calendar.com recently went through a leadership change, and I’ve stepped in as the new CEO. One of my top priorities has been fixing the exact issues you’re describing improving our sync reliability and completely revamping our support processes so customers aren’t left waiting or without answers.

Over the past few months, we’ve made meaningful progress:
- A rebuilt support experience with consistent follow-through and accountability
- Significant sync stability improvements across both Google and Outlook
- A redesigned scheduling experience to make the product more intuitive
- New features such as meeting poll view, single-use scheduling links (coming soon), with more enhancements rolling out soon

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and honest review. I’m truly sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced - you’re absolutely right to expect a reliable product and responsive support, and we fell short for you.

I also want to personally let you know that since your review in April, Calendar.com has undergone a major leadership change. I recently stepped in as CEO, and one of my first priorities has been rebuilding both the product and our customer support experience from the ground up. What you described: delayed replies, unanswered tickets, unclear error messages is not acceptable, and we’re fixing it.

Over the past several months, we’ve already made meaningful changes, including:

A completely revamped support process
Faster response times, consistent follow-through, and dedicated escalation paths to ensure customers are never left waiting.

Clearer error messaging and more intuitive guidance
We’ve improved how the product communicates issues so users aren’t stuck guessing what went wrong.

Major improvements to scheduling & communication
We heard your feedback on client-facing emails. We’ve already made upgrades there, with more refinements rolling out soon.

New features rolling out now
- Improved view for Meeting Polls for easier scheduling (live)
- Single-use scheduling links for more control and security
- A redesigned scheduling page with a cleaner, simpler, more modern experience
- Upcoming improvements to new routing rules

Your comment about the product having “amazing potential” really resonated because that’s exactly what we’re focused on unlocking now.

Brad, you signed up for our service on April 7th 2021, then went back and forth with our customer service where they tried to help you. They got the issue resolved on April 28, 2021 (6 customer service tickets). You were then a free user of our service for 12 months. One year later on April 7th you upgraded your account and paid for a yearly plan. You then asked support to downgrade the plan on the same day, it was downgraded and were refunded. You then demanded a refund a day later, to which you had ALREADY been refunded. Refunds take 3-5 business days to process through Stripe. We have since contacted them and forced an immediate refund.
Despite all this, you sent an email threatening us stating: "If this is really the path you want to go, you’ve got the right customer to help spread the word. We are a 25 person digital marketing firm, and we’ll be happy to make sure and spread the word about your company. Np."

While we have provided you with customer support and several emails from a dedicated support rep + got a refund + threatened extortion, you still left the review.
